Very slow service.
Never been to a Brick and Spoon in a string mall. It was a tight fit, crowded. Food was tasty.

This place is not inviting when you have to get your own menus because the help is to lazy to sit people. The coffee is awful and I had to get them to warm my biscut up for my breakfast. This could be a great place if management had a true emphasis on what actual keeps the doors open which is customers. Maybe the locals just deal with it but it’s not very inviting to people traveling.

Food was good. Took a bit longer than I expected with the amount of people there but it was good and the staff was friendly 👌
I did give 5 stars on the food because it was amazing. But my friend did get one thing she was very unhappy with. She ordered the Shrimp/avocado lettuce wrap. It should have been called the avocado lettuce wrap. It only had 4 shrimp in the whole thing and it was pretty big (the wrap). All the other food we ordered was really amazing. I had the shrimp and grits. We did order an appetizer fried green tomatoes and crab patties, OMG! those were to die for.
Our server had to be told 2 times that she had someone at her table. She never checked on us for refills on our drinks. The ONLY TIME she ever came over was to bring our food or when we waved her down. This was on a Tuesday at 12:45 the place was pretty empty for a weekday at lunch time.

What a great place! The drinks were killer! Bridal party brunch and everyone loved their meals, apps, drinks and waitress was very on top of her area. Made the celebration so much fun!

Best beignets I've ever had, and I have been all over new orleans. Wish I had found this restaurant the first day we were in town. Shrimp omelet and banana Foster French toast was excellent as well.

Jade was amazing. She had 2 people at the bar area and 4 tables walked in all at the same time and she didn’t skip a beat! This was my first time here and my food was delicious and service was even better! Thank you for such a great experience.

Bright and cheery! The food was fabulous and pretty to look at on your plate. Mimosas were really good and they have real butter. Highly recommended!

Came for breakfast today we were seated quickly. Was a bit chilly but the food was tasty, and our wait staff Amber M was excellent! She recommended the Thick Chick (Huge and delicious) and kept the coffee flowing which was so good and warm. Foster sauce was a hit too. Will definitely be back!

We've been here 3 times and each time we waited 30 minutes for a table while half of the tables in the restaurant were empty. Food is way overpriced for being sub par. They use the cheapest ingredients available. Portions are small. The blonde waitress with glasses was terrible at her job and quite rude. The seating is somewhat uncomfortable. We will never return. Sadly I could've had a better experience at cracker barrel and that's quite a statement.

Literally best omelet ever, if I didn’t live 1200 miles away, I’d eat here every week!
