This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in all of my 54 years of life. I must say there was a very nice gentleman at the window who deserves to be praised in how he was able to withstand the embarrassment . He really deserves to trade places with the manager . The manager in any workplace is suppose to set a good example for her work crew. It was Monday at 8:30 pm when we ordered our meal through the drive thru at Burger King in Gulfport Ms. at the intersection of Hwy 49 and Pass Rd. After placing the order we drove up to the drive thru window and waited to receive it when we had been told to move up in line and someone would bring our order out to us . We had no problem with that. The manager was at the window before we had moved up in line when we asked her if we could get ketchup in our bag , she stated in an ugly tone " we don't have no ketchup " so I then requested a BarBQ sauce because who want to eat fries plain ? I mean really we should have been informed they had no sauce .

When we received the order, the nice gentl man brought to us , we made sure to thank him . So we opened our bag of food and my sandwiches were ice cold and had no bacon on the sandwich in which I had ordered the bacon cheeseburger meal . The manager we had asked for BarBQ sauce didn't put any in the bag . My fries were ice cold . The other party did not receive his fries at all . So we drive back around intending to ask if I could have bacon on my sandwich since I didn't receive it and we also requested the sauce once again and told her we're were missing an order of fries . She was snapo and rude and hollered at us saying that she wanted to see the ticket because she was the one that packed the meal. In the meantime the nice gentlemen made sure that he gave us some BBQ sauce and I thanked him once again . The manager reached around him and snatched the ticket out of my hand She then walked over to the counter and ignored us . The gentlemen was apologizing for her rudeness and her ugly behavior . I don't quite understand how we made her so upset , but I can say this , if she was having such a bad day , then she should have stayed home . She holds a high position over a team of workers. She is suppose to be there setting a good example for her team. When you work in a customer service position, especially a management position, you should be able to meet, deal with, accept, and respect diversity among a wide range of customers, employees, and superiors. What she did was make a very bad impression that she allowed her team to learn. It also makes the restaurant itself look bad and the number one priority in business is to not discriminate against anyone .
The manager needs to go back and retake her instruction ok how to be a good manager and how to deliver customer service to anyone.
The gentleman was quite embarrassed at the way she presented herself snapping at us and her uglyness. He apologized for her ,but he has already done his job . This young man who looked as though he was in training stood there and did a
manager's job and apologized for the way she acted. Like I said , if you want a business to remain successful I'm keeping loyal customers you have to learn how to act in public, your actions speak louder than any words . Ranting , pointing and snatching tickets is not the right way to be .
I have had a long work history and there have been many times I have had bad days , but I had to learn early how to not take personal problems out on customers. I was your customer today, and I feel like I am helping to make you a paycheck if it were not for customers ,wil the boss pay you for nothing? All I can say to this manager is that I wish you well and hope the anger or animosity you have towards others fades away and that God helps you understand that we all bleed the same color blood . You may have not liked looking at me , but I apologize that it was me that made you obnoxious . God made both of us . Whether you like it

The waiting time during lunch hours is enormous so if you are in a hurry, this is probably not a good place. But it is a Burger King and you get what you get

I decided to try something new and ordered the Shroom n' Swiss Melt. It’s supposed to come with two flame-grilled Whopper Jr. patties (2 oz each), melty Swiss cheese, roasted mushrooms, and Royal Onion Sauce on two slices of toasted bread.

I customized it by adding tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce.

What I got: the bread wasn’t toasted, and there were no mushrooms, tomatoes, or pickles in my burger.

I told the cashier about the issue and asked for a remake. Instead of making a new burger, they just added tomatoes and pickles to the original one.

That’s ridiculous.

We just used the drive-thru. We ordered breakfast croissants they were a little stale but I prefer their breakfast sandwiches to those with biscuits

Plus the same on the $5 meal with the nuggets even made sure to asked them for some? So make sure you look in the bag for all your stu

Whoever you have on staff at 11:13am, 8/24 was one of the friendliest staffs I've come across for a drive thru fast food place.

The staff here appear to be poorly educated and exhibit below-average intelligence. They are not adequately trained to handle their responsibilities. Additionally, their English is often slurred and difficult to understand. I requested a Whopper Sandwich and a small cup of water, but the cashier repeatedly tried to ring it up as a meal. They also attempted to charge me for cheese when I specifically asked for a regular Whopper and tried to charge $2 for a cup of water until a manager intervened and provided what I actually requested. This situation reflects broader issues in our country. Communicating with these employees felt like using a third-grade vocabulary.
