They serve raw meat please be careful, I ordered a burger and it was just barely above being pink. If you've ever made frozen burgers and partially cooked them you'd know exactly what I'm talking about. Double check your food before you leave
Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper tasted of regular burger grease
Dietary restrictions: Double check your food isn't near raw unless you like that sort of thing

Raw and undercooked brought it back twice and it was still wrong but at least it was hot sortve the second time, my air fryer will do a better job then your line cook thanks for the patties I guess. Check your food thoroughly when you come here lest you get food poisoning.

Ordered ahead through the app to ensure accuracy and ample time to prepare my order so my family and I wouldn't be waiting long. Did me ZERO good as the cashier had apparently thrown away my ticket after I told him what I was there for. Manager and another employee were trying to be helpful, but got backed up on 3 orders in the drive through so mine fell to the wayside. Was finally handed my food 20 minutes later and reassured that everything was in there (bag was totally sealed up and I was just expected to trust that). Got home, and while the order was complete, so many items were made incorrectly with toppings we specifically said to exclude. I'd like to give it a try again in the future, but I just don't think I can bring myself to spend hard earned money there when I know the results will be the same no matter what. Very unfortunate, save yourselves the trip and go anywhere else but those 3 restaurants on that corner.

Crap customer service when a customer walks into your business and not one of your employees even takes the time to acknowledge them this is not a business that deserves your business. Even the manager was solely focused on the drive-thru.

Recently went through the drive thru and ordered $50 worth of food. I get to the window and they won’t take my $100 bill. Keep in mind there are no signs anywhere that they don’t accept $100’s. I ask what I’m supposed to pay with and she sarcastically tells me “a card”. Staff is super rude. I’ve never been rejected like this. If I was buying $10 worth of food I could see why breaking a 100 was an issue. Even if it’s policy to not take a 100, as the manager, she could’ve came to the window and politely said sorry sir but we can’t take 100’s do you have anything else to pay with? No, instead from a distance she talked to me like I was a child and said nah uh no we can’t take this, nothing over a 50. I would highly recommend staying away from this place.

Just door dashed an order from here. Burgers were wrong and food items were missing. And, the poor dasher was stuck there waiting forever for the food. To have it take so long and to be wrong, that's ridiculous.

A young lady who took my order was very friendly and nice, but the guy that brought me my order was absolutely RUDE. He comes up to the car handing me my order saying, "you know these are a lot of calories right?" Update: Had an opportunity to speak with their regional manager who was very considerate and helpful. It's good to know their customer support and management take these matters serious.
