Always a great meal at Captain Als.The oyster assortment was great and the hamburger steak and firecracker shrimp were awesome. Stacey the owner does a phenomenal job and runs a tight ship.
Great atmosphere! Food was okay nothing I would brag about which was disappointing. Service was okay just felt very rushed when you want to enjoy the sunset and drinks while listening to live music.
I wanted to enjoy but sadly it fell short- told it was a 35 min wait, an hour and 15 mins later we are sat. Ordered 2 expensive steak meals and they cook my steak to well done when asked for medium. I turned down a replacement as it may me lose my appetite They gave us a free dessert and said I would not be charged for my plate that had 2 sides I did eat. Dessert was ok and my wife meal was ok not great but not bad. When check came, manager changed her mind and charged half...
