Today was my first time at Cat Island Coffee with my group of friends. The service was impeccable. Staff went out of their way to be welcoming and inclusive to all of us. We found our coffee home for our monthly visits. Plus the books!! I don’t know how I missed this place but glad we found it!
Came and picked up breakfast, I ordered a coffee, grits, and a croissant. My husband brought them back but I didn't have my grits. I ate my food, and came back and asked about the grits. They not only refunded me my money for the grits (they were out) but they also provided me with a sweet treat that costed more than the grits as an apology. Such sweet people. Special thanks to Hope and Tristan.
Came here while visiting the coast. The biscuit with brisket, egg & provolone might be the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Staff was friendly & service was quick. Coffeehouse is also a bookstore with a great selection of eclectic books. Recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!
