I pulled up to the screen, the young lady was polite and with in a few seconds took my order, got to the window paid, and she handed me my cheeseburger all that quick, I was at the golden arches on courthouse rd before this, sat there for 3 or 4 minutes, nobody took my order so I left...

Burgers used to be good, now taste like something you get at a high school football game concession stand. Chicken poppers were not fresh. Not good like they used to be either. Not worth your time or money.

We always order through the app so we actually get what we order. The last 4 times we have been to ckeckers, we have had to return to buy yet another burger at $8 because they evidently can not read aimple written instructions. I have no idea why it is so hard to understand PLAIN, no condiments. How hard is that. We're done with checkers. I work too hard for my money to have to throw away $8 hamburgers and then go someplace else for food. AMF

I ordered from DoorDash tonight, and the restaurant gave my order to someone else and then refused to remake my order even after DoorDash agreed to replace it for me. The restaurant had my dasher sitting there waiting for over an hour in retaliation and when my dasher called me to give me an update, I could hear the Checkers employees yelling at her and being extremely rude. This restaurant is trashy and disgusting and management needs to get their employees under control. I can’t believe they treat their customers like this and get away with it. I wasn’t even able to get my food and ended up having to cancel the order because the employees refused to remake.

Wasn't a good everything,, we didn't get a receipt,we got charged to much, 7.00 meal, and a 3.49 flies and chicken bits,. we paid 14.39 , taxes isn't that much.I don't get many windows from chemo,2 different Cancers.Dr. Said,I could eat a good burger meal . I was a good manager at fast food, myself.We served,2 thousand a day.So, the job isn't that hard. That checker's can be run with 2 people.
Cashier asked me if I wanted my change. Well! Yeah! Bet she would want her change! Just bad business and looks bad on the restaurant

Check your balance immediately if you pay with your debit card. I went through the drive-thru tonight, and I gave the cashier $6 in cash, and my debit card to pay for the remaining $1.63. I got almost home and stopped at the gas station and tried to use my debit card at the pump but it was declined. I pulled up my account, and the Checkers cashier had kept my cash and put the full amount on my debit card. I tried to call Checkers, but it immediately goes to voice-mail. I left a message, if they return my call and make it right, then I'll remove this review. PLEASE BE VIGILANT IF PAYING WITH YOUR CARD AT CHECKERS.

UPDATE*****. Decided I’d give it one more try. I actually was served this time. ONE of my THREE burgers. I’m not even going back for them. This place is a joke. Will not recommend. Will also make posts on Facebook about my experience at this point. This business should close down to allow a fast food joint that’s worth a damn to move in. I WILL NOT BE BACK
Completely dead no customers, no signs saying “the system is down”. This is the second time this week I have stopped in and after being asked if I would like to try a big Buford or a bbq something I couldn’t understand her I said not today. As I looked at the menu (several seconds had passed, maybe 5 seconds?) THEN I am told “I’m sorry but the system is down”. They don’t even say goodbye or have a good day. They literally say “I don’t wanna actually do my job so the system is down”. This is why your night shift sales are so low compared to other locations. There is not another checkers or rally’s within reasonable distance so I would just assume not even bother trying to go there. I did and now I’m leaving Taco Bell. They even had other customers at Taco Bell. Literally not 1 single car in the checkers parking lot yet a full crew with the system down. Management does not need to bother trying to handle this situation as Management needs to be attended to at this point.
Dietary restrictions: They restrict you from getting anything. They always say the system is down. This time I was greeted with the offer of trying a big bufford today then several seconds after wards I was told the system is down and the speaker then cut off. That was it. No other communication. So you will not get food here
Parking: Park in absolutely any parking spot you want to because they’re all available. No customers and all of the crews vehicles are parked at the outlet mall next door making the appearance the place is not open
