I'm talking about painful stomach bug my stomach felt like I was being stabbed repeatedly then I had direhea for 3 days it was so uncomfortable 🙃 ik it was chicken salad chick bc right after eating there I started feeling a bit nauseous

I had never been to a Chicken Salad Chick before. This place shocked me in a good way. So, they were overwhelmed with their Veteran's Day offerings. The line was so long. And, this is what drove me to visit. They were so courteous, fast, the food was delicious, and they even offered me more freebies than what was advertised. They also made a donation of food to my VFW post. Which really made me happy. I highly recommend this place to anyone, but especially Veterans.

They didn’t put my grape tomatoes and cucumbers in my salad I am 7 months pregnant and I love the tomatoes and I’m not happy how do you forget the tomatoes and cucumbers ☹️😤

This is the best Chicken Salad Chick location. Their Kickin’ Kay is by far the best. It’s the only flavor I get at any CSC, and this one is by far superior. It’s a perfect spice level, not too dry or sticky. 10/10 recommend!!
Normally the food is really good. Placed an order at drive thru yesterday and on the second bite into the sandwich hit something hard. Upon my first look, I thought it was a toothpick but it was some type of metal spring. I immediately return to the store to address. I presented the sandwich with the metal piece still in it to the cashier at front register. She went to the back and returned a few minutes later and asked if I wanted to receive a refund or if I wanted the sandwich to be remade. I stated that I wanted sandwich to be remade. Although they remade the sandwich, they never offered an apology or anything else to right the incident or my inconvenience. Nor did any member of management feel that they should have talked to me or showed any concern. I just feel that the customer service was very poor. I could have very well broken a tooth or cut my mouth. They showed absolutely no concern.

We stopped by Chicken Salad Chick for a late lunch before boarding a plane. The counter server was pleasant, the restaurant was clean, our order was delivered to our table quickly, and our food tasted delicious. I tried the new Aloha Maui Mama chicken sandwich, made with bacon, pineapple, and jalapenos. I think it's the best chicken salad they make! All in all we had a great lunch experience.
