My son and I arrived today @3pm to eat lunch. We waited at the door for several minutes, after we was seated our waitress was friendly my only issue with her was our food was sent to the wrong table twice. The second time the cook brought our food he was coughing historically across our food after I consistently informed him that was our food not the other table. He looked at me and proceeded to walk away & return back to the kitchen with our food coughing. After 2mins the waitress brings our food to us and I asked her was the food okay to eat, was he sick as he was the one cooking everyone’s food. I found this to be very unsanitary & no longer wanted the food due witnessing him coughing all over the food in my face. It is absurd”

I'm so sorry, but this statement is incorrect...my boyfriend reminded me that chili's was open late on valentines however it was standing room only..it was was cracker barrell that closed early..dear owner, I am truly sorry for the original review, the mix-up and and especially the inconvenience..

I don't eat at chili's often, but this visit changed my life forever. The smash burger i got singlehandedly altered my brain chemistry, and I am not lying when I tell you it felt like the very burger patty was blessed by the Lord himself. I will be back 100%!!! <3 <3 <3

We came in for supper, and it was our first time in. We ordered our meal, and when my salad came, it had a long hair on it.... I was not impressed and definitely won't be back....
The food was good the prices have gone up quite a bit. What used to be reasonable amount of money spent has escalated by 5 to 8 dollars per item

Went today for lunch, about half full occupancy, we were greeted and sat immediately, they had a high chair ready when we sat down. Waitress took our drink order as soon as we sat down, then took our appetizer order, everything came out super quickly, the trio appetizer was suberb with the fried mozzarella and Nashville hot chicken strips. The bacon cheeseburger and chicken bacon cheese quesadillas were also great choices. Great food, and great service, for a great price, can’t beat it.
Very busy for the night my wife and I came. Table of 7 and table of 11 was in front of us so we chose to sit at the bar that had plenty of seats available. Server was nice and attentive at first but after getting meal didn’t see her until after meals were finished. Smash burger was worth the trip along with the Mexican street corn upgraded side. Side salad for appetizer was fresh.
Overall will give it another try when in the mood for a drink and burger type meal.
