We were going twice a month with our grandchildren and everyone was so nice to us and everything was just great. We just had a birthday party for our oldest granddaughter and it was perfect and our precious grandbabies had a wonderful time. And Chuck E was so sweet to all of my grandbabies and he was especially sweet to our birthday girl. And my poor babies have been through so much this past year so we all really appreciate everyone being so kind. God bless y'all!

It was my daughter's birthday and the staff was completely amazing. Tamilya, Taegan, and Tabatha. They were kind, attentive, and even danced with her. She loves the new trampoline. Everything was accommodating. The food was great and it came up fast! It was clean. Tamilya, Taegan, Tabatha were hands down the best hostess/ employees I have encountered going to this location. They were very friendly and welcoming.

Kids love it! We have the family pass and go frequently. Food is good and atmosphere is nice and relaxing. 4 star bc some games don’t always work and take coins and not give tickets or points.
Wheelchair accessibility: I do not have a wheelchair but a large stroller. All of the entryways and restrooms are large enough to fit. Most games are spaced far enough to fit in comfortably with a wheelchair

I booked an Ultimate Package for my great granddaughter Aerith for her 3rd Birthday. We had a very large party 16 adults and 8 children. Our server Pamilya was the best server ever. Everyone at the party was constantly saying how much fun they were having. I'm going to try to talk my great granddaughter for next year to use their decorations. This way you just have to bring gifts and cake only if you want. You have no mess to clean up. My adults helped my server clean our tables off but she was doing it. She's the main reason I can tell you Chuck E Cheese will be getting bookings from the adults at my party. She always kept me informed when it was time to do something that was on schedule.
Parking: We were there in morning from 10am to 12 pm. I'm in wheelchair. They have handicap parking.
Kid-friendliness: We had 8 kids from 2 to 12. Everyone said they enjoyed theirselves. The little ones loved the trampolines.

We visited at chuck E Cheese in Gulfport today, after church. I wanted to say that Allison was wonderful and does great job. Not just with us but with customer after customer as I watched her hussle as we were waiting on our order. There were 4 other associates. there that I saw, but they were not helping her at all, not even when she had a long line. The other associates did not care of how hard or fast she was working. They did not help her! I noticed that they could have helped with the other register or check people in and out. But no help she was going back and forth. She was trying to help with salad bar, register, stamp etc... It was horrible to watch. Where was leadership? Don't know. 😇 Great job Allison!! She should receive a promotion. I do not know her, never met her in my life untill today. Feel free to contact me.

Huge shoutout to our party host Patience on her kindness and attentiveness to our family and our birthday girl. Very impressive with her attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. She deserves recognition. Thank you for everything. We had a great time. Very clean place with great security measures. We all had a great time! And the pizza was actually as good as I remember in the early 2000s when I would go all the time as a kid. Great nostalgic for those of us that are 90s babies. The adults had just as much fun playing the games!

I came in with my kids and paid $100 for about 7/8 gaming machines to be broken. We couldn't even take our pictures we take when we go in because that was one of the machines down. I didn't complain and I don't usually do this but that was to much money for all the machines to be down. We haven't been in about a year or so but when we do come we never had a problem before. The food was great ?
