Good birthday party venue. Everyone had a great time. Staff did a wonderful job. Just too noisy for me. But it's supposed to be.

We took our daughter here for her birthday and unfortunately it was the worst experience we’ve had at a Chuck E. Cheese. We ordered pizza and a salad bar for lunch. Had to ask for a refund on the salad bar because the lettuce was brown and slimy. I asked an employee if they had any fresh lettuce and was told it was all they had. The games are entirely too loud, bright flashing colors are everywhere, and TV screens are everywhere which makes the whole experience way too over-stimulating for young children. A lot of the games were showing error messages or didn’t work properly. Spent over $100 and the whole experience just did not feel worth the price. We will not be going back to Chuck E. Cheese.

We celebrated my 7 year old birthday in Gulport , MS location. However its was far from enjoyable. After booking the party. I called and I was told , Chuck E. Cheese stop providing invitations on line. It took me 45 min to research and find out it was a lie ,on the day of the party I order pizza and one hour and ten minutes later I was talking to the manager asking where my pizza was the party was book for two hours., 3 of my guests left hungry .The drink station had black mold and the cold sweet tea was sour..speaking to the manager did nothing for us. The place is unclean including bathrooms and costumer service is unhelpful at best.do not drink the soda fountain..!!Reconsider when booking a party.

The atmosphere was fine and the food was average at best. The floors were sticky and gross. The manager stopped my son whom is 15 years old as he was walking out to go to our vehicle where his mother was standing. As he tried to explain that his mom was just right there she began raising her voice and talking very rude to him. 20 years ago when you went to Chuck E. Cheese, you would find welcoming staff and big smiles. Now, all you get is people that clearly hate their jobs and definitely couldn’t care less about people and providing good customer service. Ashley, is the individual at the Gulfport, MS location who talked down to my son. This kind of treatment is the reason why my wife and I don’t do parties there anymore.

We just have my daughter’s 5th birthday here and everything was perfect! Tamilya was our party hostess and she was so attentive, helpful and kind! The fresh salad bar and pizza was delicious!

Very disappointed in this location. Soon as the food was put on the window we got it and it was cold and half the games did not work and told workers multiple times the camera game was out of paper and the other game kept taking tokens and nothing was done

C E C was great before noon on a Saturday. After that, it became crowded, as expected. However, they have really cleaned up compared to a couple of years ago.
Our food took 1hour to come and the bathroom is truly disgusting

This place is awful. I haven't been in years since my son was little. It was a lot bigger years ago and had more games. This time had barely any machines, I didn't see the mouse, and the trampoline part was locked so she couldn't jump. The machines barely give you any tickets. You would have to be here days to get any sort of bigger prize. My daughter is 6 and she was ready to go after 30minutes. I feel like I wasted $50. Won't be back.

It was so boring! Like get some new games our daughter didn't like it! It sucks the food was so overpriced! 14$ for the smallest pizza we have EVER seen! 31=1 hour (╥﹏╥)! The employees were so rude when me and my daughter were waiting to get our prizes she just left to go get on the phone for a few minutes and then came back and didn't even go to us! She went to someone else who had just got there. She didn't even smile or act nice she rolled her eyes at us ignored us for a minute. And we played so many games but only got 397
