Terrible experience honestly. Drove my wife 25 minutes to get some cookies before they close. Then, I send her in with some cash ( I had my card on me) and they deny her service because she was going to pay with cash. Not very professional. Very displeased with customer service. Robots are honestly better.

Stopped by at noon today. Not one employee spoke to us during our entire time there. When the girl went to give us our cookies my daughter put her hands out and she ignored her and handed them to me. I understand it’s Christmas Eve and I completely understand working on this day probably sucks. But a simple hello or even a smile would have been nice. Instead we just stood there in complete silence.

It is okay. Service was awesome. Brownie' were just okay.
I bought multiple cookies and the cherry cheesecake this week. Every single cookie was underbaked. Like VERY underbaked. The cheesecake was not mixed properly and super lumpy. I was literally chewing a mouthful of little balls of cream cheese when I tasted it. Yuck. I couldn’t eat it. I just wasted $17 on inedible food. I used to love getting desserts from this location, but lately it has been a fail every time. Last week I got the butter cake and it was salty instead of sweet. I couldn’t eat that either. Idk if they confused the salt for sugar or what, but after multiple bad experiences, I’m done. I’ll be taking my business to Bop’s from now on. Idk what’s going on at this Crumbl location.
