went to crumbl to get cookies and a cheesecake for my moms birthday and the cookies were so undercooked. the cheesecake also tasted mainly like cream cheese it wasn’t sweet at all besides the cherry topping. usually cookies from here are good but this time was so disappointing. my mom wouldn’t eat them for her birthday so it was a waste of $17
cookies are usually always perfect, but takes forever if you go in there with an order already placed. might as well order inside. i came in to get my online order and no one even acknowledged me for 10 minutes even though multiple times a few employees checked out other customers that got there after me. i stood by the pick up line waiting and finally after a while a girl asked if i had a mobile order, i told her yes then it took another 5 minutes to actually get them. the workers...
