Worked there about a year and a half ago, for nearly two years I was doing everything I could to climb the ladder I kept getting squashed down by the owner, I took pride in my work an service and even after working there for two years they removed me from the owner of the dippin dots review account right here. I put my heart and soul into the job and enjoyed the smiles but even when I knew there was no going up in the company I asked for less work hours so I could find other opportunities, his responce? To fire me. My image for dippin dots was viewed by 300,000 people and my joy for knowing I helped grow the image of the stand is just so soiled, I removed the image and I hope that the owners learn to treat the employees right; if they even have any.

Rude service! Was told they broke the machine and did not accept cash. If you look at other comments this obviously has gone on for a while.

I definitely don't think it is worth the price but they are good.
Update: spoke with the manager Gwen. She apologized profusely for her employees actions. Offered for us to go back and get one on the house, unfortunately we were already back to Saucier. I trust her to address the situation and handle it accordingly. She was very professional and honestly a joy to talk to. I changed my rating on her behalf not his. The employee still gets one star but Gwen and her company itself get 5. Thank you Miss Gwen for being such a down to earth human.Cash only today. I didn't see the signs that were posted no cards. Was I more excited about getting my daughter birthday ice cream? Yes. However being it is my fault I didn't pay attention to the signs your staff could use some customer service training. Instead of looking at me like I kicked his puppy and saying "there's signs every where. Even above your head" was totally unnecessary. Rude and arrogant man child was running the stand and regardless I won't be back. I'll spend my money else where.
