I trust her to address the situation and handle it accordingly. She was very professional and honestly a joy to talk to. I changed my rating on her behalf not his. It was awesome first time for me and my little daughter trying it out I don't think I'll go back to regular ice cream ? should have gotten a second helping while I had the chance
