Chilly at night bring a jacket. Had a mufaletta and BLT. Both were large portions and very tasty. Go with the homemade chips, great seasoning! Very nice service too.

I was in the mood for a good burger and have heard that this place had one. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was nice, looking over the water. The burger was ok, nothing to write home about, but the fries were some of the worst I've ever had. They are like rock hard, sharp fried sticks of grease with no flavor or substance at all. Bring your Tums if you plan on trying them. They have a lot going for them, but management needs to wake up and do something about the food quality. They can't expect for people to pay 17 dollars for a burger and fries and be satisfied with what they receive. Do better.

Dockside Deli inside the Island View casino beachside of hwy 90. I have visited this restaurant several times without any complaints. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Outdoor dining is pleasant when the cooler temperatures come to town. We ate inside on this trip. Looking forward to our future visits.

THE WORST SERVICE I have EVER gotten in the Gulf Coast area !! Only tried to order a French Dip sandwich. Thirty minutes later....no sandwich. Person who took my order asked twice 'what did you order?" He immediately blamed the kitchen staff. Other couples were leaving and complaining about food taking an hour to show up. No manager available to fix these problems. Kitchen staff needs to find a new line of work when they can't handle a few tables and one customer waiting for a take out order near closing time. I can't imagine how horrible it would be if there was a real rush. PS : left without my food. I didn't want to risk them doing something to my sandwich. BUT, if you enjoy poor service and an uncaring wait staff...this is the place for you. Definitely will not be back.

A secret gem! Excellent food/homemade. We had the crab bisque, roast po'boy, and banana pudding. We were served promptly and our waitress, Erin, showed true southern hospitality! The manager, Carrie, came to our table and thanked us for coming in. And the dining atmosphere was beautiful with the ocean and white sand views. Very peaceful (no children allowed since it's in the casino). We will definitely go back!

I stayed at the island view casino for 2 nights and the first night I went to the dockside deli for dinner. I sat outside at 7 pm which was a lot cooler than in the total sun at lunch time. Some thought it was to hot others enjoyed it. The inside some said was freezing and nice to get outside. First night I had the corn beef sandwich which was excellent and chose the homemade chips for my side. 2nd night I had the roast beef sandwich and it was O K but would not get that again. There were some ends that you could tell we’re sitting around and definitely dry. The bread seemed maybe a bit stale even when they toast it you can tell. You really need 2 cups of the juice to soak it in. The first night service had some kind of issues with some other folks, going on in which the manager apologized to me and thanked me for waiting. I was skeptical at that point but was just relaxing and waited awhile (10 minutes or so ) to get served but that was ok it was enjoyable to relax and watch the water with people walking on the beach. I’m a more relaxed person than most , most likely because I have no cell phone, so for you who are impatient this may not be the place for you to go. Put the phones down and enjoy the beauty around you and enjoy your company your enjoying your meals with. Do you even know the color of their eyes lol?

The restaurant was very clean.Waitress was efficient. Prices were reasonable. We had table overlooking the pool & had a clearview of the Gulf of Mexico. Lunch ,Philly cheese steak & potato salad with unsweet ice tea est $17.00. they accept points & took them off the meal. So for me the meal was free.Kid-friendliness: No one under 21 years of age are allowed anywhere on the grounds at this hotel, casino, pool. NO KIDS

This was our first visit and we really enjoyed the food. My husband ordered the soft shell crab winning entree with a cup of gumbo. The gumbo was amazing and the dinner was very tasty. I ordered the fire cracker shrimp pineapple salad. I’m afraid I can’t give high marks for frozen shrimp. The salad was good, but next time I’ll get the salad dressing in the side. A little too much for me, but that’s me. We will be back.
