We were excited to get some macaroons when we were visiting Long Beach. So, we went there early on Tuesday and were told they were making them and they wouldn't be ready till 5pm. Well they close at 5pm. We got an extremely sarcastic response of, "well you can call and see if they are done." Still awestruck you wouldn't have something you advertised first thing in the morning. Also, the unwillingness to be gracious and work with us. We did end up getting a couple cookies and they were good.

Their cupcakes are delicious!! My go to dessert spot in Long Beach. I recently tried their M&M cookies and they are so good. The cookie will melt in your mouth!

We loved our cupcakes from Dolce. The staff was very sweet - explaining ingredients of each gorgeous cupcake. We all sat in the cute yard out front and thoroughly enjoyed our cupcakes. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed here.

Had the best experience there today! Went in to grab a cupcake for my mom and Bella made a special one JUST for her!! She went above and beyond my expectations and remembered my mom and her cupcake preferences. Best cupcakes ever! <3

I moved away from Long Beach a few months ago, and I still think about these cupcakes. I used to get one just about every other week. They are SO good - the wedding cake might be my favorite but honestly I loved almost all of the flavors I tried. Miss this place!
This is a cute little shop! They have ice cream, cupcakes, macarons, cannolis, petit fours, and gourmet marshmallows in the case daily. Everyone I've encountered has been welcoming and friendly. There is an indoor seating area as well as a cute area outdoors with picnic tables, a porch swing, and a few children's toys. My daughter and I enjoy stopping in for a treat.

I had a last minute order for a cake for my fiancée’s birthday. They were amazing and made the BEST cake I have ever seen! My fiancée loves Popeyes, so I asked if they could make a Popeyes themed cake. When everyone saw the cake, they thought it was the greatest thing ever! They certainly have a creative team that can handle anything. Great job! And thank you all so much!

I have given this place three tries...over the course of a few years. The first time, I arrived at my pickup time and had to wait for my cake to be finished. It was fine, I still got a cake and got to where I needed to go. Second time, I went to pick up a cake and the frosting was white and not green with blue drip as I had requested and the candy was sparse on the top and not full like the picture I brought in...got over that. Today, I go in to buy some treats because my son is graduating and just wanted to make a platter of goodies since his party isn't today but to have something nice for everyone to snack on. I spent seventy dollars in there and the staff refused to accept my $100 bill. I would completely understand if I was in there making a $5 purchase and was asking for $95 in change. However, I get to the register and the worker asks if I want to pay with my card...WELL PLEASE TELL ME WHAT OTHER CHOICE I HAVE IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO ACCEPT MY CASH!!! Upon paying with my card I am then asked to leave a tip...WOW, just wow!!!...for putting cupcakes in a box and some cookies in a bag? Then I was sarcastically told as I was leaving to have a nice day. Another reason I cannot wait to move away from this town - rude locals who don't want to accept your money, then ask for a tip, and send you on your way as if they could care less whether you do business with them or not. Sadly, I will not be doing business here anymore.
