I've given this location 3 different chances at ordering from here. I almost always use the app to place my order and then go pick it up from the window. Each of these 3 times have been nothing more than a sad experience with a huge disappointment to compliment it. The employees are always rude and are "very quick" to rush you along. The last time I attempted to order here, I was told "my food was thrown into the dumpster(sitting directly in front of me, per the way the parking lot is set up) and that I was more than welcome to go dig for it." Being very livid at this response, as it was already a rough night for my family&&myself, I simply asked this employee if this was the case being, how come the food wasn't offered to one of our local-known homeless that are constantly wandering around. Mind you this was their so called manager on duty at the time. He also informed me that my payment would be returned and my points credited back to my online profile. The points were never credited back. Moral of the story, I wouldn't recommend this location whatsoever. However, there are other locations in my area that are absolutely great and have been nothing short of amazing each and every visit.

If you are any rush at all for carry out DO NOT order from this store. The last time it took an hour for a carry out order, because they weee running delivery orders ahead of all carry outs!!! I gave them another chance tonight. I placed the order 25 minutes before I arrived at the store. Upon arrival I was told it would be another 20-30 minutes for my order. This is absolutely BS and this franchise owner should be ashamed of the way their store is being operated. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS FRANCHISE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gentleman who helped me and was very helpful, and staff was very accommodating.
Just picked up my order. Thin crust w/bacon & onion. Pan w/pepperoni & sausage, plus 16 piece bread bites. Pan cooked perfect, but disappointed in thin crust this time. Edges a Lil burned and where the heck are the toppings?

I bought about $65 in pizza and asked for red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese packets. The person told me I'd have to pay for them.? If I was asking for ADDITIONAL ones, I'd get that. But, you're telling me, none comes with my $60+ order?! I've been to a TON of pizza companies and locations and have NEVRRRR been asked to pay for red pepper flakes or parmesan cheese packets. I can't even think of one pizza place that doesn't offer it complimentary. Yea, I know that's petty. But, I was really upset about that. ?
