I was slightly confused why the main door was locked and it wasn't even 9:00 and I had to retrieve my food from the outside drive thru window? Like wtf?

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Very disappointed in pizza pickup. They told me my pizza wasn't at that store and sent me to the store about 4 mile south. Arrived and was told my pizza was at the first store. Went back and got NO apology. Asked for a coupon or something for my trouble and got a chuckle. Papa Johns next time.

the most rude workers , bad customer service ordered online. And got the wrong thing delivered to my house and they don't won't to fix it and also don't want to give me my money back on my card

The food at this store is still a 5 but I'm changing my rating to a 1 because they just quit delivering to my house. I've been at this location for 13 years and have purchased $1,000s on pies from this store for home delivery, but no more. I order online and love the quick service. I have been disappointed greatly when I called my order in one day since I had a lot of people to feed that day. The guy who answered the phone on latest June order messed up the order. He repeated order back to me and I had it written down so I could verify. When the food came it was different topping or wrong altogether. I called to get it sent again. He was very rude and blamed me said I didn't listen to him read it back. I said you repeated correctly but it came here wrong. He yelled "this sucks" and complained to me again. Said he would send driver again and hung up. When the delivery lady came she said its "ok" people just say yes when its repeated back to them. I wasn't going to argue with her. It didn't matter they did send me new and didn't charge me. I am only writing the review to say ONLY DO ONLINE ORDERS. Its never been wrong. I was very shocked at the way he responded and actually argued and rude. The customer is always right anyways. He screwed up and should admit it. I am not a fussy type but people need to be warned about him.
