Took my son here as he turned 40. I was with my best friend, Johnny and we met Chip the bartender. He was congenial made great drinks, shared other places to visit. Even though I did not realize it at the time, he stayed open for 3 of us. They close at 9 which I thought strange. We all had a great time and Chip is the ultimate bartender. Will definitely be back.

The grill cheese is ohhh my goodness good. The seasoning on the chips is good too. I ask for extra. They have all sorts of events as well. Cigars, drinks, and food. Sports playing and sometimes live music.

I just want to say that the two servers and the rest of the staff were TOTALLY AMAZING last night. I CANNOT believe how GREAT they took care of EVERYONE. No one ever WAITED on food or a drink more than a few minutes. They were the BEST!!!!!! I would say there was at least 50 people there and the two servers worked the room the best of ANY place I’ve been in YEARS!!!!!! We will be back. It was my first time there but won’t be my last for sure.

We went around 4pm and we were the only ones there don't know why because it's great. The woman at the bar was so sweet we had great conversations with her. I ordered a 12:34 martini it was delish for food I got the blackberry grilled cheese I know it may sound strange but it was amazing!!! ? My hubby got a spicy watermelon margarita that was good and food Cuban Tacos chicken they came with fried plantains I can't remember ever having a taco that dang good. Price is definitely steep but the food and service made it sting a little less.
Bryan the owner and his co- workers are exceptionally awesome! Experience their steak for a delectable experience. I've enjoyed a delicious steak before and theres is one of the best!
What a GREAT surprise find this evening. My wife and I are spending an Anniversary get-away weekend here in Gulfport. We had just finished a wonderful meal next door at the Half Shell. Completely unaware of the Downtown Bistro, we rounded the corner to the parked car. The aroma of fine tobacco wafted our direction. She looked at me knowing that it had my attention. There were a handful of folk sitting on the cafe seats outside the Bistro enjoying their smokes. They quickly suggested we step in. Not only did I find a favored cigar while she got a cup of coffee, but when I started to order a rye & soda the bartender brought to my attention the Hemmingway's Rye that I've been wanting to try for some time, BONUS! Needless to say the soda got nixed for a neat pour of an exceptional whiskey. We were quickly made to feel welcome and enjoyed conversation with Brian. The entire staff was attentive, the seating comfortable, the cigar & whiskey selection impeccable. Didn't try the kitchen this time but we will be back! If in Gulfport don't miss this phenomenal relaxation mecca!
My husband and I never purchase margaritas when we're out just because many places use appp sour mix, but they made it all fresh, was really good, we got a second one. We didn't plan on eating but after seeing the menu, we ordered boudin egg rolls and duck bites. I've never cared for duck but they were wrapped in bacon and the duck had been marinated. They were delicious! Good live music that was some good old rock and some blues. This place was beautiful inside and comfortable. We will be back. The owner and bartender were very welcoming and personable. Definitely go if you have a chance while in town.

Had breakfast here and was not disappointed. I had the sausage breakfast bowl. Sausage gravy was so delicious. It was on hash hash browns that were tender with crispy edges. The offer a great menu of items. They have a great selection of coffee and teas. Will go back.
