Absolutely disgusting. I ordered delivery on 1/17/26 and found a flying insect actually embedded in the glaze of one of my donuts. This wasn't just 'sitting on top'—it was glazed into it, To make matters worse, the order was completely wrong (wrong flavors and missing bagel bites). The bag was sealed when it arrived, so this negligence is 100% on the kitchen staff. I am reporting this to the Health Department. Check your food carefully if you order from here, or better yet, go somewhere else.

I just ordered food from DoorDash i ordered a drink an a sandwich when i received my order I opened the bag with just only my drink inside how does a person bag up a drink with the receipt on the bag but no sandwich , unacceptable and lazy

The last 2 times we’ve gotten donuts from here they’re SOGGY idk if they’re baking them and right away putting them into a enclosed container but all the frosting melts off and it’s just a big, soggy sticky mess. Do not go here.

Great food and coffee for a great price. I highly recommend you download the Dunkin app and order ahead. They have a six dollar meal deal that you can customize to your liking and it is a bargain at that price.

I've never in my life had refrigerated donuts until today. This is a very unprofessional store. This was my first and last taste of this place. After a half of one donut I trashed the rest, who knows how old these were?! I do not recommend because you don't know how fresh if fresh at all your donuts will be at refrigerated temps.
I visited this location the other day and was most certainly disappointed. I have never had an issue with Dunkin’s food EVER. I normally visit the location on Highway 49 and my food is served extremely hot and fresh and my drinks are always pretty descent(depending on who’s there to make it.
While visiting this location, my food and drink came out extremely fast. And I should have checked it before pulling off. My sandwich was hard and stale. And my iced coffee wasn’t very sweet at all.
I would try giving this location another shot but would def have to ask that my food be made fresh and specify how I would like my drink to be made (sugar add ins).
It’s the cutest little building and I was excited to see another Dunkin location in Gulfport but there def need to be some improvements!

I didn't even make it to the drive they window because the girl taking my order gave me so much attitude over a dairy alleryspecification, that my whole family told me to leave the store now because of her attitude and not even 10 seconds pass before she doubled down on being snappy and offensive

Wouldn’t have even given them 1 star if zero stars was an option Sat at the menu for ten minutes was never greeted then I finally said “hello” the little girl said “ go ahead with your order” I asked were you just never going to say anything and let the line continue to wrap around the building and she just states” you can leave if you want” I honestly don’t understand how that location is even still open seeing the reviews. Do the Franchise owners just not care? If you hate customer service DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! It’s simple

Horrible location. Staff are SLOW and unprofessional. Food was slop and portions are tiny. Donuts tast lije they are thawed out frozen Donuts. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had getting Donuts. And they took about 25 minutes to get a dozen donuts and a TINY so called wrap. Awful. I can't express enough how Awful this location is
