I’ve never had a problem with this location until today. Employees were very rude and condescending. Bring back employees who know how to speak with customers and who know how to prepare what is actually ordered.

Horrible location. Staff are SLOW and unprofessional. Food was slop and portions are tiny. Donuts tast lije they are thawed out frozen Donuts. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had getting Donuts. And they took about 25 minutes to get a dozen donuts and a TINY so called wrap. Awful. I can't express enough how Awful this location is

I don't go in. I used drive thru. Cappuccino or latte is a little over half cup. Order a regular coffee. The Pass Rd location is better staffed than hwy 49.

Ordered a drink and the person took my money then walked off. The womangave me my drink and acted like she could care less. Never got my change and had to return to get my change. Very poor customer service. I will never go back

Went through the drive through today and ordered the avocado toast. They burnt one side completely black and covered it with the avocado as if I wouldn't notice. Ridiculous. Who is running this location? That's something a child would do.

Very dry and rude over the speaker, when we finally ordered (half the items were “discontinued” despite my wife having it the day before, we get the food and it’s BURNT. So I bring it inside, calmly and respectfully say “hey I’m sorry but this is burnt” to which only one worker acknowledges me and just laughs and says absolutely nothing. Time visited 10:30AM June 22. Will not be coming back to this dunkin location

I thought that was only me who noticed this location has the worst service ever. I live across the street, and I used to stop by very often, but I’m not going anymore since an attendant laughed on my face when I complained.
They are so rude! Then you order and you have to make sure your cappuccino has foam and they’ve made it decaf as you requested. They don’t pay attention in your orders.

I completely changed my review due to the fact that when I went to the location to let Colby know I called and was hung up on, I don't think he could hear me.Also he was very professional and he took care of the issue of us receiving the wrong order.He was a polite nice young man.i only give the food 3 stars because they were out of a lot of things which is why our order was incorrect.

Ordered a regular shakin espresso. 2 shots of espresso, whole milk and ice. For some reason they put their whole supply of sugar in my drink. If there is conspiracy where the big corporations are trying to make us get diabetes and lower our life expectancy I'm sure this Dunkin location is part of it. Jokes aside, this is 2 minutes from my house so I was wishing I could be a regular customer but this location is doomed to fail. Drinks are never correct.

Used to live in Florida where Dunkin were every mile. Now I'm in Hattiesburg without. I happen to be in Biloxi for a business trip and decided to treat myself to my favorite coffee. Service is awful here and the donuts are small - but the coffee is just as I remember (with the distinct taste and flavor.) It's like sipping memories. It's a great smoky, bold coffee. Loved that and the new flavor options right now. Got an iced coffee for then and a hot for later.
They don't do happy hour anywhere on the coast which is a bummer. So, 3 donuts and a medium iced + hot coffee was $14. Not terrible but I'll pass on the donuts here next time.
