I thought that was only me who noticed this location has the worst service ever. I live across the street, and I used to stop by very often, but I’m not going anymore since an attendant laughed on my face when I complained.
They are so rude! Then you order and you have to make sure your cappuccino has foam and they’ve made it decaf as you requested. They don’t pay attention in your orders.

I completely changed my review due to the fact that when I went to the location to let Colby know I called and was hung up on, I don't think he could hear me.Also he was very professional and he took care of the issue of us receiving the wrong order.He was a polite nice young man.i only give the food 3 stars because they were out of a lot of things which is why our order was incorrect.

Ordered a regular shakin espresso. 2 shots of espresso, whole milk and ice. For some reason they put their whole supply of sugar in my drink. If there is conspiracy where the big corporations are trying to make us get diabetes and lower our life expectancy I'm sure this Dunkin location is part of it. Jokes aside, this is 2 minutes from my house so I was wishing I could be a regular customer but this location is doomed to fail. Drinks are never correct.

Used to live in Florida where Dunkin were every mile. Now I'm in Hattiesburg without. I happen to be in Biloxi for a business trip and decided to treat myself to my favorite coffee. Service is awful here and the donuts are small - but the coffee is just as I remember (with the distinct taste and flavor.) It's like sipping memories. It's a great smoky, bold coffee. Loved that and the new flavor options right now. Got an iced coffee for then and a hot for later.
They don't do happy hour anywhere on the coast which is a bummer. So, 3 donuts and a medium iced + hot coffee was $14. Not terrible but I'll pass on the donuts here next time.

Wait time was long...Ordered a sourdough sausage egg and cheese sandwich...bread was over toasted...slightly burnt with yellow American cheese...not sure about this location 🤔...

Food was just precooked, warmed up food. No different than McDonald's. 3 young ladies working had no desire to be there. So disappointed.
This has to be a joke. No one waits on you here. They do not except cash per the employee. You have to go in and use the kiosk. Employees just sit in the back and sigh when you ask for help. I just left without getting doughnuts and coffee. This place will close soon with lazy employees like this.

They never have anything. These ppl don’t have sprinkles for the donuts… if they even have donuts. The drinks are always okay but damn. Sometimes they’ll try to give you something less than what you paid for already if you order online.

Your online ordering should be updated properly. Every time I come here and order online, I get to the window and am told half of my order can’t be fulfilled because the donuts are unavailable.. then update the app. Or actually make more donuts.
