I completely changed my review due to the fact that when I went to the location to let Colby know I called and was hung up on, I don't think he could hear me.Also he was very professional and he took care of the issue of us receiving the wrong order.He was a polite nice young man.i only give the food 3 stars because they were out of a lot of things which is why our order was incorrect.

Used to live in Florida where Dunkin were every mile. Now I'm in Hattiesburg without. I happen to be in Biloxi for a business trip and decided to treat myself to my favorite coffee. Service is awful here and the donuts are small - but the coffee is just as I remember (with the distinct taste and flavor.) It's like sipping memories. It's a great smoky, bold coffee. Loved that and the new flavor options right now. Got an iced coffee for then and a hot for later.

We come here a couple times a month and get iced lattes and donuts. They’re made right everytime and service is always pretty quick. It’s almost exclusively drive in, they do have a tiny lobby with a bathroom but it’s just for picking up orders or making a to go order. Not sure why all the bad reviews, after over a year of visiting, we have no complaints.
