Accidentally gave drivethru cashier too much money (over $120 for a $15 order...pregnancy brain) & when I realised later & asked a manager to review the cameras, she said no overpayment had been made. So either she lied about checking the cameras or about the overpayment & is covering for an employee, which speaks lowly about their character as a manager, human, & customer support contact. I understand it was my mistake & the money is gone, but the way it was handled was absolutely terrible. Also, common sense on the worker's part should have told her no way did I mean to hand her that much cash for that small check & she chose to keep it. I used to go 2xs a week & now my family, friends, customers, & I will never return.

This happened about a month ago from today June 10. I ordered the turkey sausage breakfast sandwich as I always do at all Dunkin’s. I also ordered an avocado toast with bacon and egg for a coworker. I do not eat pork. I had my coworker go pick up the order and they handed everything to him with no problem. Once we get to our destination, we notice there’s no egg or bacon on the avocado toast and something is up with my sandwich. It tastes weird. I call the store and they tell me they meant to let me know they were out of turkey sausage and gave me pork instead. They offered me a free turkey sandwich the next week when they restocked on turkey sausage and also remade the avocado toast. Thankfully I don’t have any allergies or religious reasons around why I don’t eat pork, I just don’t eat it for health reasons. But that could’ve been so bad. This store had no thought process on that and that scares me. I’d give no stars if I could.

I LOVEE this place. The whole staff is just great! More specifically, the 3 (women) workers that I interacted with were so wholesome and welcoming. Genuinely, made myself and two other mail carriers extremely happy. We appreciate yall🤎

Dunkin gone have all of us broke. Lmao. Coffee choices are 🔥🔥🔥. That breakfast bagel and loaded hashbrowns especially when it's fresh. My lord. Heaven.. My every morning stop before work. Highly recommend.

My gran and I came in this morning with a strange request, and I just have to say that the entire crew absolutely MADE OUR DAY! They were funny as could be, compassionate about us fleeing hurricane Milton, and they fulfilled a very strange request for a large cup filled with espresso. Thank you so much, you guys really are something special <3 :)

Dunkin should have done more than remove the word "Donuts" from its branding, because pulling up to "Dunkin" to be told "we don't have donuts.... It's a no for me. I won't be going back.
