Just for us to return for us to leave immediately after finding a cockroach yup I said it a COCKROACH in the food After getting a refund and telling the manager he only said he was on the phone with the eco lab , which is not true since he was attending to us.. Rating says B ,I would rate it close and remodel.. Lost 3 families as future customers..

Well Golden Corral has always been on my list of places I'd like to go for the food at a good price it's what you expect it to be a big buffet and a lot of room. But if I had a choice and one was available I would definitely choose Shoney's but we don't have one in this area

I guess I'll start this off by saying the Golden Corral sign should be fixed because we passed it up and had to do a u-turn since the light is burnt out in the sign. But I took my kids out for dinner tonight and have to say it was a total waste of $. The food here just isn't good like it use to be in the past. We haven't ate here in awhile, since maybe this time last year to be exact and after tonight definitely won't be back again. For starters, our waiter was just absolutely rude. He would come by and grab our plates but never ONCE asked if we needed refills and when we did ask, he seemed irritated. The plates and bowls are not clean and still had dried up food from not getting cleaned through the dishwasher. Had to put several plates back before getting one that looked clean!!! The mashed potatoes tasted funny. My son said they tasted like what a barn smells like and I took a bite and it legit did. Oh, and when you walk into the bathroom it literally smells as if you are walking into a sewer and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in days. We left worrying about whether or not we would end up with food poisoning. And low and behold my 9 year old has a damn stomach ache this morning and is having to be checked out of school due to being sick to the stomach. The damn health department needs to be called in for this nasty place!!!!!

It's ok. If you are under 10 or over 55 it's great. Plenty of choices. It's clean enough and the service is basic, which is good enough at buffet, but doesn't make you want to tip any extra either. It's kinda loud, also to be expected. Overall, a great family choice, especially for multigenerational gatherings, or diverse groups who don't enjoy the same foods. No one cares if you have loud kids, or grandparents who take 12 days to get a scoop of cobbler, so extra points for that flexibility.

Went there for lunch today and almost got sick to my stomach. The smell near the desert bar was enough to make anyone sick it was so sour and stinky. The food was cold and hard. Do you still love this place but no one at my table wanted to eat any of it.
