Dozen oysters sampler. Catfish topped with shrimp on a bed of rice and sweet potatoe cream broulee ( pardon the spelling) was awesome. Good size portions. Of course im going back.....

Ok…food was good, cooked properly, and the seafood was fresh. Service, tho! Out of the park. I don’t have any complaints about the food, but I cannot express to this review site how much the service was adored. Everyone was wonderful, everyone smiled, , everyone was helpful, and we just felt really great, as a result of the service we got.

Late lunch/early dinner Half Shell is a favorite for my family We have never been disappointed I was there this time with my dad He loves the gumbo and raw oysters Gumbo was spot on, and the oysters were a good size. I had the shrimp Po-boy with fries I love it when the seafood is fresh, and I have been told that the Half Shell gets most of their seafood from the local docks Staff and servers are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and the drinks are always a hit We have been coming here for about 13 years now Seafood pasta is another favorite I didn't get any photos except for the empty oyster shells Thanks, Half Shell

Didn’t enjoy getting hairy oysters! Ordered some boudin balls just because the waitress kept coming over asking if she could get me something else. They were HARD and they charged me! Won’t be back…
