Had not stopped here in about a year. I was heading home after a Dr. Appointment with my elderly mother and thought we would eat here so I wouldn't have to cook tonight. We asked for 2 of the specials advertised on the window. They were out of both of them. So we ordered the standard hamburger and fries and a couple of soft drinks. The drink machines that the customers have access to were not working. The machine behind the counter had Coke and Diet Coke, thats all. We were the only customers in the place and yet most of the tables and floor were dirty. I see now why we were the only customers. Not again
Drive through menu broken, ordered 2 breakfast sandwich combo with coffee.Got to the window and the girl hands me a 3/4 full coffee with no explanation. I say whats up with the shorted coffee? She says " that's all we have". Both sandwiches were not hot, hard and gross like thy have sat on a counter for a day.Only the cinnamon roll represented normal.Went inside the lobby and there was enough coffee for a refill...why didn't the drive thru do that for the customer? The lobby smelled, was gross and the coffee counter was beyond disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Checked the bathroom on the way out. Same as the lobby.I'm just passing through or I woukd absolutely have this location reported to the health department.

I haven't been to a Hardee's in years because the ones where I moved from shut down. Ya'll did not disappoint! The ladies up front were super sweet and welcoming. The food was nothing short of awesome. Ya'll rock!

I haven't been to Hardee's in long time. So when I was visiting Gulfport I decided to stop in off HWy49 . Right away I go to the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean , then the cashier was waiting for me. Then I placed my order ..I ordered the swiss mushroom burger ? combo. With a coke zero. Service was satisfying and friendly staff. The cashiers name is the same as mine. Only she spells her name Chalsea. She smiled. I got my tray and sat down to eat. It wasn't a warm as I wanted to be . The gravy was slim pickings. The fries were warm to the touch but good. I love the fries. But the swiss burger should of been a lot more warmer in temperture. All in all I love the other menu items and I'll probably be going back when. I'm in town again.

Breakfast menu not available at drive thru so I ordered fried egg biscuit and realized I said it incorrectly so I asked the girl at window to put sausage on it. She rudely told me I can't change stuff at the window and walked to back ranting to coworkers. The coworkers added sausage with no problem to them.Some people should not choose to work in customer service.
I was really impressed with this store. Training new employees and the management/trainers showed much compassion and respect for older employees learning a new skill set. Also concern for customers wait times and follow up to make sure orders were correct. Definitely a thumbs up all around for every representation of employee I saw in this store on my visit for breakfast.

Hardee's really needs to invest in some new drive through sound equipment. We had to repeat our order 4 times to the nice lady taking our order before she could hear it properly. She apologized to us, and said that her headset kept going in and out. Although that was frustrating for us, it wasn't until we got to the cashier's window that we became irritated . The cashier;whose name was "Desire" looked and acted as if she would rather be anywhere but there. She kept telling us that what she was doing was killing her back. She dropped our change out on the concrete with no apology, and did not offer to replace it. My sister had to go inside the restaurant to get the condiments that we had asked for 3 times, and never got. The biscuits were extremely hard, and not pleasant to eat at all.
