It could have been an awesome night. But about half way through the 200.00 buc evening, they started rushing us to finish. Even removing items and dishes until we just left. I really thought they were very rude, and I will not visit them again.

The vegan sushi was amazing. The seaweed salad was absolutely delicious, and the food was well prepared. I am looking forward to visiting when I return to Gulfport,MS. My server was really top notch.

I and the wife order chicken and shrimp, the other couple order steak. The cook took it upon himself to give this couple a few of the shrimps on each of there plates. Like we was ok with that. Never and again. I and the wife got up and walked out. Told them to pay for the meal.

So I wanted to start out my saying the food wasn't terrible. But it absolutely wasn't the best. Our family of five came to dinner tonight because our kids have been asking non stop. They loved the experience they had back home where we are from. We were seated. Our cook came over. He didn't greet us at all. We had to say hi and kinda break the ice. Our cook was uninterested in us the entire time. The steak and shrimp wasn't seasoned at all. We didn't get the hibachi experience. The thing that disappointed us the most, was our cook har another table and they were having a grand old time. Tossing the veggies and having the real hibachi experience. All while our kids were looking over watching them have that experience that we came for. It was so disheartening. I'm not sure if it was just that twenty minutes with us specifically or what. I am going to call and reach out tomorrow 2/23/24 to speak with a manager on this. I am hoping I can come back and redo the review. And our experience can be redone. It was sad to watch the next table have a good time, while when we had the same guy he didn't even speak to us.We spent over $130 for the experience. The money isn't the issue. We wanted the experience.

We love love the food at Hibachi Express. But this time one of us loved it and one of us didn't think it was too great. The chicken was too dry and charged and the vegetables conda tasted burnt. But what we didn't like the most is that it was Valentine's Day and they changed there lunch price to a all day dinner price. We drove from Bay St Louis to Gulfport to eat there so we didn't want to turn around and go home. We gave a smaller tip at the register. Our bill was 61.35 and we gave 65.00 total for the food and the tip.

If I could rate the service and the food a 0/5 I would. For one we didn't get our drinks til our food was coming the server accidently give me someone else's food. Then our food was crunchy the rice was crunchy the chicken and steak was so done that it was crunchy the noodles had a weird taste. I didnt get my vegetables til after i had to endulge in awful food after asking twice. We weren't asking for free food but it was genuinely awful! All they did was take 20% off we had to pay for food we didn't eat or enjoy. The waitress made a smart comment when I asked for the reciept she said have both of them since there ain't no tip and sarcastically hollered out the door merry Christmas to yall. Ma'am no offense we normally tip but one wasn't deserved today and for your attitude I definitely am glad I didn't. Will mark this on the do not eat!

We stopped in after a long day of Black Friday shopping hoping for a nice Japanese meal. I ordered water, then remembered why I never order water in southern Mississippi, undrinkable. The crab ragoons were alright. We got multiple orders of chicken fried rice and it was way below expectation. It came as a mound of steamed rice on top of boiled chicken. The rice had no flavor and parts were crunchy. From the lighting it looked like the chicken was not fully cooked, and the taste agreed. There was no seasoning or sauce, just boiled chicken. The pink sauce that came on the side was bad and made me sick after one bite. I hate giving a restaurant a negative review, but hopefully things will change.

This place is very clean, with quick and friendly people and the food is absolutely delicious. It's one of only a few places open later on Sundays, so it's our new Sunday night Dinner place ?
