Jalepeno Grill is our favorite Mexican food restaurant on the coast. BUT our server, ARLENE, is top notch. She is so kind, patient, and attentive to details. We love visiting this establishment but enjoy service from Arlene the most!

Poor service, terrible food, server didn’t know what he was doing they tried to charge a tip without informing us, so stealing, then told to take it off and was charged 1.25 for cilantro yall. I’ve never experienced anything quite like this.

Came in with 5 adults and a 1 year old. The server was very rude right from the jump. We should have left. When trying to place the order I was told there was no such thing as shrimp enchiladas. I’ve gotten them here before. Anyway, I didn’t order anything but a soda. My daughter ordered nachos. She said them meat tasted watered down. When we ask them to take it back because it wasn’t any good someone came out to drill us on why we didn’t want it. Long story short, three adults ate food and the server tried to sneak in an 18% tip on us. We made him remove it and took pictures on the receipt just in case. This was once a good restaurant but I will never come back.
