Today I visited and ordered a chicken bacon and ranch sub. I was eager and excited to visit this place because I’ve heard such great things about it. Unfortunately the sub I ordered was if not the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The chicken was tasteless, hard and dry. There was very little sauce on the sandwich which made it even drier. For the hefty price that was paid for my meal, I regret ordering the sandwich that I did. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. But I would never again order any of their sandwiches with chicken on it. Not a good experience at all.

I want to give a big shoutout to three amazing employees at Jersey Mike’s — Mia, Kelsey, and Jada. Every time I come in, they absolutely crush it when making sandwiches. They’re quick, friendly, and pay attention to all the little details that make the subs taste fresh and perfect. You can tell they take pride in their work — whether it’s cutting the meats just right, loading up the toppings evenly, or making sure the order comes out exactly how you want it. On top of that, they’re always welcoming and make the whole experience feel personal instead of just transactional. Mia, Kelsey, and Jada definitely raise the bar for what good service and great food should look like. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have them on the team!

Straight dog water! Jersey Mike's has been a staple in my family for probably 25 years. And this is hands down the worst restaurant that i've ever been to. When you walk in the associates are back cheering and joking and jokin and jiving, but when I walk in to pick up an order, they tell me, oh I need to tell them i'm there to pick up an order. There's literally no associate to greet you. The counter has an entire POS sstem that's out of order. Tables aren't clean. When I walked in, the associate was literally making eye contact with me from the other end of the counter didn't welcome me in there. Didn't anything and I was picking up a seventy dollar order.

This Jersey Mike's location is great! They have somewhat recently gotten some new employees and the customer service is so much better. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Our order is made quickly, accurately and consistently. My daughter and I love stopping in this location when we're out shopping or running errands and need something quick to eat. Their brownies are sooo good too!

We stood over 5 plus minutes, no greeting...no we'll be with you shortly. Worker asked what was our order no hello. They were focusing on the online orders, which they appeared to be confusion. It appears that the Owner needs to come up with am efficient way to handle online orders separately. I wanted to walk out...but I had to remember that we All need grace.

I ordered my lunch meal online and I wanted it to be warm and ready for work. I was disappointed about my order because items were missing on the order. And my food tasted horrible , poorly prepared and cooked. I just wish whoever prepared it for me took the time to prepare it right. It was very cold and sloppy. I am disappointed about it.
I go in there all the time and the little skinny girl placed our food just on the counter top no paper under it i called her out she wanted to keep quiet about it. The assistant manager there is far from mature. Doesn't want to hear anything anyone has to say. There is a ton more competition out there for subs so this is the last time I'll be back!

It sucks to give this rating because the sandwiches are good. They just continuously miss things in my order when I order my extras. The first few times I went, they got my order right everytime. Now, there is always something missing that i ordered. I typically order through the app for my lunches so I don't have to waste time in a line, and the past 5 times I have ordered something has been missing from what I ordered on the sandwich. Food is good, service is generally pleasant, it's just the constant messing up on my orders.
