This place is awesome! I love the customer service on the afternoon/evening shift. I always come in with a special request and they accommodate my quirkiness. Freedom and Shayla are wonderful. The food is also top tier.

I recently used this location for a catering order. While I was assured that all items were included, I found that half the sides and desserts were missing once I got to my meeting. However, when I called the store, I was told the rest of the order would be delivered to me asap. The district manager, Brent, actually made two separate trips as quickly as possible to get me the missing items. The staff truly enjoyed everything! Mistakes happen, and Brent stepped up to fix it. Thank you!

Customer service is spectacular! I prefer to use the drive through and service overall is great! Fast and easy! Jimmy John's has the best sandwiches by the way!
Stopped in on a road trip. Was greeted warmly. Staff are efficient and friendly! Inside was clean.

The staff is slow as rocks, and pays no attention to the ordering placed. The most simple order and can’t get close. It sucks, and to top it off I was gonna be charged extra, for their mistake. Need management, or classes

If you don’t want me at your restaurant, it’s best to say so. I ordered a Kickin Cajun Chicken Sandwhich and got frozen chicken. Literally frozen. I won’t be returning.
