Terribly rude service…. As always KFC on Cowan and pass. Ordered crispy chicken meal. Got to the window said there’s no crispy I said no issue but that’s what I wanted refund me please. She got mad that I didn’t want a substitute. She said okay can I get my drink back; very rudely. Not only did she not even give us a drink yet but the drinks were for the other orders that we were not refunding and already paid for… super unprofessional. There’s always some rude lady working at the window. It’s the only kfc around I wish the workers would stop giving it a bad vibe.

THE BEST KFC. Food is always good and as fresh as it could be for a fast food joint. Food is always put neatly in bags and containers. Never sloppy. It’s like this everytime I come. Customer service is always polite. KFC is elite.

We have 3 KFCs within a reasonable drive from my house. This is the only one we will eat at. The food tastes like it's supposed to. And it's ready in a reasonable amount of time.

Customer service is very unacceptable! Was rushed when I was in drive thru after ordering anything the lady kept asking us that all is that all . BOTH GENERAL MANAGERS WERE PRESENT AND SAOD NOTHING ! When my dad asked for the sauce for my 12 pc kfc nuggets the lady slammed the window in his face nd did not return ! Sad case ! Me nd my family will not be returning there

No one else was there. We ordered and the food was ready before we all finished getting our drinks. We knew that was a bad sign. Multiple orders ready in under 2 minutes?
Overpriced and underwhelming. The chicken was cold and dry. It had no moisture and I'm guessing it was at least several hours old. How could it dry out that much if it wasn't? The biscuits were just a bit softer than rocks and dry as the desert in summer. They all went into the garbage. The hot sides weren't even lukewarm. The coleslaw was warm. How does that happen?
I hadn't eaten at a KFC in a long time but the people I was with wanted it. I won't be going back.
The chain restaurants just aren't good anymore and they are extremely overpriced for the child-sized portions they serve. There are too many locally owned restaurants with similar pricing and excellent food for people to consider going to a place like this. Fast food was competitive because it was quick, filling, and inexpensive. It's usually not any of that anymore.

Saltiest chicken I've ever had to eat. Biscuits weren't even done cooking. Coleslaw was good but that was it. Will never be back and I'll tell everyone I know not to go there.

Went there for lunch (1230pm). Ask for grill chicken meal. No grill chicken. So I asked for a 2 pc combo no chicken for 20 minutes. I left and went elsewhere. Are they doing this to make us leave?
