There was hair in my food, I told the shift leader and you mentioned remaking the food and she seemed agitated because I had to return food that I paid for with their hair in it. She called her District Manager Brittany who provided her no insight on how to hand the situation. Very unprofessional, Poor Quality of food, and a very disgusting experience. The cashiers were nice!

Every time I come this location there’s never good service and the food is always gone or they don’t have nothing!!! Like today they are “polishing” the fryer 2 hours before closing they can’t drop no fries !!

DO NOT DO MOBILE ORDERING HERE. They will turn you around saying “Can you give me 3 minutes.”, and then have the audacity to say “Your order hasn’t populated yet, can you give it 5 minutes?” They didn’t even ask for the name of the order the first time. Other customers can be seen leaving with their food as I gave them ample enough time for the pick-up only to be turned around twice! This location lost my business.

Terribly rude service…. As always KFC on Cowan and pass. Ordered crispy chicken meal. Got to the window said there’s no crispy I said no issue but that’s what I wanted refund me please. She got mad that I didn’t want a substitute. She said okay can I get my drink back; very rudely. Not only did she not even give us a drink yet but the drinks were for the other orders that we were not refunding and already paid for… super unprofessional. There’s always some rude lady working at the window. It’s the only kfc around I wish the workers would stop giving it a bad vibe.
