Came tonight and ordered on the app. Went to drive in window and gave them my name. They found me. He said drive around to the front. I did. 22 minutes later went into the store. They said it would be another 12 minutes. I told them I’d been waiting 22 minutes but they seemed very unconcerned. Offered me a free side. Came back out to the car, waited 15 minutes and then our food finally came out. That was a 45 minute wait for a 16 piece chicken.

It seems they don't prepare a lot of food in advance which in today's economy I can completely understand can't afford waste. But they never seem to have exactly what I want without having to wait for it to cook or something. The last three times I had to end up waiting for chicken to cook but this last time I had to end up settling for the original when I wanted the crispy unless I wanted to wait 20 minutes for it to cook. Don't get me wrong the original is great but it is way too greasy and by the time I got it home it was like a bucket of f mush instead of fried chicken... Kind of gross. We ate it because that was all we had and we lived too far to bring it back.

Went through drive thru and ordered a 16 piece chicken meal crispy. I was told it would be 25 minute wait on crispy, so I ordered original. I was then told I would have to wait 1 hour on that due to they had much larger orders before mine. I was shocked that I couldn't get chicken at a chicken restaurant! Ended up going to popeyes which is not what I wanted. Just Wow! They let a $80 drive away

Disappointed in the lack of communication this evening. Placed an order on the KFC app, like normal, food says it’s ready but arrived to the store and was told I had to wait another 20 minutes?
Asked for a refund and then was told to request a refund through DoorDash even though I’m not a DoorDash customer? Asked if I needed to contact KFC. No response from anyone. Everyone stands around looking confused… this is not the service I’ve experienced before and it’ll be awhile before I come here again. Called corporate and filled out a survey.

Sorry, but French fries have a lot to be desired. Drive through voice system way too scratchy - could hardly understand what attendant was saying

On this trip the chicken strips were good, corn was tough, the coleslaw was to sweet and watery. The biscuits were dry. But the chicken was good.
