Buyer beware, they charged my credit card over $14,000.00 in what was explained to me as a “tip out incident”. When I called and talked to one of their staff he made it sound like this is just “something that happens sometimes” and told me sometimes during tip outs they’ll accidentally double or triple the charge, I’m not sure how you double or triple $36 and get $14k. We called for a to-go order, and although we saw AFTER we ordered and paid, we were unaware of a 10% charge for ordering to-go. They do not inform on their facebook, they will not let you know before you order to go, they will not explain why is cost so much. It’s only listed on their site. We were thrown off for the up charge and when we asked “how much is it…? What did xyz cost?” And they explained how much everything cost, but did NOT explain the 10% extra charge.
