Excellent choice of restaurant today. I started with the miso soup and it was warm and had an excellent umami flavor. There was plenty of seaweed, green onions and tofu. No skimping here.
The vegetarian roll was rolled too loosely and fell apart. It was good but honestly I was not a fan.
The fried tofu was huge and amazing. It was the star of the show.

Came for my birthday lunch. I was pleasantly surprised! Lunch Sushi combo was great, chicken tempura bento box was a great deal.
We will definitely be back, and may add this to our dining out rotation. On the coast for 10 years and never been here before. I think we've found our new sushi place!

We love this place!! The food has been perfect every time! Our younger children were taken aback the first time they experienced the “cooking show”,but now it is a top choice for everyone in our family! And if you don’t prefer the hibachi grill experience, you can also be seated at a booth, away from the open grills. The bathroom is clean and the servers are excellent.
