Why is it called "Hot and Ready" when the pizzas are NEVER ready. No matter what Little Caesars I visit, the pizzas are NEVER available for immediate pick up.

Beware ordering food here. If it's messed up wrong or anything of that nature they'll argue with you about when it was made and not the condition of the food. Got cheese bread and it was literally flat bread with toppings. When I nicely asked to have it remade because it wasn't edible they argued they made it fresh. That's irrelevant because it's not edible. It looked half cooked at best. You've been warned.

I ran in earlier this evening for a Pizza. I left my glasses in the car, and accidentally tipped 20.00, my fault. I was told nothing could be done. The young lady, when I asked for a Manager, actually stuck her tongue out at me. The Manager, a young man was absolutely no better, very very rude. To be honest, it was my fault, and as a Retired Combat Veteran, I could have afforded the mistake, if not for the RUDENESS!!! I would suggest to this young man, maybe show a little more EMPATHY and UNDERSTANDING, most could not afford a 20.00 dollar mistake. I would never support this Establishment again!!!

I got the pizza pups I think that's what they call it you get four little bite-size pizzas pepperoni they weren't fresh it was okay probably better if it was fresh
Great food great prices and great fast service! If you want your pizza fast and cheap then look no further! I highly recommend little Caesars pizza to everyone!

Would like to order but they won't ever answer a call. Wanted to place a online oder but needed to make sure they remove the pizza sauce for allergies. Multiple times did they mess this up when it's clearly even on the sticker on the box. If I can't get a online order correct it's pointless. And if you call the phone and just let it ring they just hang up. Call back again and they hang up the second it rings. So you know they are just ignoring calls. So I'll ignore them aswell. Plenty other pizza places that accualy care.

I haven't ordered fr here n awhile & now I know Y i haven't & never will again- over 20bucks for a very DRY DRY (n0 sauce) & not done(RAW)pizza- it want happen again $ wasted Now I understand Y I stopped eatn out on my way home fr work & didn't feel like cookn &a trip n Walmart I should have keptd to my Original Plan & jus cookd :( thought I'd treat myself what a horrible treat- smh Very disappointed & unhappy but lesson Learned!! ??
