I want to give a huge shout out to this location. They offered a fine free lunch to Veterans on Veteran's Day. The staff handled it very calmly and were very fast. Customer service was top notch. They have earned my business just for their support of Veterans and how well they did on Veteran's Day!

Twice in a row, they have given our food to someone else. The first time was in store, and we had to wait an additional 25 minutes, almost an hour total, for a pizza and crazy bread. It tasted fine. Tonight, I ordered on the app. Before I got the pizzas' ready email, I got thanks for picking up your order. We thought it was a mistake and drove to the store. The very basics of their job is to have the PERSON PICKING UP verify the order, not give that person a name and say is that you? which is what they did. I got a refund but lost my free item coupon, gas and time. A scammer got puffs, a pizza, crazy combo and cheese bread for free and Little Ceasars lost me as a customer.

The item i get is supposed to come with crazy sauce , but they always forget it , so started to order one so they couldn't forget , just pay for an extra sauce , which I should not have to, low and behold , no crazy sauce , this place is the worst for ordering takeout !!!
