DO NOT eat here. I came in and sat at the bar. i waited about 20 minutes and still nobody greeted me. i asked to speak to the manager and received nothing attitude back. the manager i think his name is andrew simply said “what do you want me to do about it” and looked at me with disgust. my food was cold and not very tasty. my whole experience was blown. and the restaurant has an unpleasant smell. don’t waste money here go to texas or longhorn!

My friends and I had the worst experience at Logan’s on Monday. Whole staff was very unprofessional, we never got refills on our waters or offered any other drinks. Our server decides it was a great idea to have another server take down his hair and re- braid it right there in guest view. We immediately lost our appetites, cause the servers were not washing their hands before handing us our food and doing hair in the open was wild. Manager came out once and we never saw her again to make a complaint. Never again!!!!

Do NOT order pickup from the Gulfport, Ms Logan’s. Potato’s are old, should have been turned into soup at least an hour ago. Chicken Fried Steak was so hard I could not even cut it with a knife and the gravy tastes like it was made last week. No tomatoes on a salad means no tomatoes. And when you bring it to their attention they take it back and pick the tomatoes off with their fingers and try to cover up the juice with cheese. They are very lucky he’s not allergic!!! Never again. Do not order!

It took over 40 mins to receive our food. The steaks were not prepared as ordered (overcooked), food was cold. But after speaking to the assistant manager, she made everything right. Her gesture was satisfying as well as our waitress.

I knew we should have left! After being seated, we waited 15 minutes before my husband had to ask if anyone was going to wait on us! The waiter came unprepared couldn't find his pen to write down the order, really he looked like he just woke up🙄! I had a bad feeling, so when out food came out mine was wrong! The manager came over because the waiter didn't know what to do. What she told us didn't make sense, but did bring me a replacement 10 minutes later. It wasn't good either. The cucumbers on the salad should not have been served, instead they should have been thrown away. The staff were not professional on any level. They were not seeing about customer needs instead they were laughing and cutting up. We will never eat at Logans again, after this we are done! Would not be surprised if this place closes soon!

Very amiable staff, super friendly and fast service. The food is expertly prepared by a top notch group of chefs. The management is very professional and keeps order within the environment proficiently. The servers are amazing every time I come. I cannot give this restaurant enough praise. They deserve to have a full parking lot every day.

Our initial experience at the establishment was disappointing due to several factors. The service provided was subpar, particularly from our server, Jordan, who exhibited a dismissive attitude. Despite requesting additional time, we felt rushed throughout the meal. Furthermore, the order was not executed correctly. Upon receiving the bill, which totaled $125.87, we were pressured to add additional items for a raffle, which we found inappropriate.
The lack of proactive service, such as refilling beverages without prompting, was also noted. Overall, the service was unsatisfactory.
Had the service been more attentive, the order accurate, and the server more courteous, our experience would have been significantly improved. However, due to these issues, we will not be returning. The quality of the food did not meet our expectations, especially considering the high prices. The overall experience was unsatisfactory.

I ordered loaded potatoe and you send me a tiny cup of bs. The amount of money spent you should send multiple cups. Macaroni and cheese so small really also I ordered the crab cakes with my steak and you send me 10 fries wife.
my steak was cooked well done instead of med well and drinks were very good. Our server Kasia was very attentive and I appreciated her service with a smile

Our experience at Logan's in Gulfport, MS was phenomenal. We had a great server, RJ who was top notched and went over and beyond our dining expectations. Really wanted texas roadhouse but the line was wrapped around the building. So we went here my food was ok but cold had to send it back. My lady's broccoli and cheese looked like it had been sitting in a warmer or something! Im a executive chef myself so certain things really stick out to me. Would give them another chance because I understand the restaurant business can be hectic and unfair at times.
