I ordered the beer battered cod, and a piece of cheesecake. The fish was very soggy. The batter wasn't cooked all the way. There was also a broken pen inside my food. Cheesecake tasted awful!😖 It tasted very freezer burnt, and old. Kinda tasted like it's been sitting in the freezer not covered at all and left to absorb all of the other food surrounding it.

After working all day and being on the road, I wanted something decent, and that was open after 9 pm. My order was wrong, and the service was slow. I was hoping to have a better experience. The waitress realized afterwards she wrotes the wrong order down and asked if I wanted what I ordered after waiting almost 30 mins for my meal I was pass hungry and tired from working and being on my feet all day. I ordered the shrimp stack salmon and was giving the wood plank salmon.

Placed a curbside pickup. After waiting 25 minutes after they said they were bringing it outside we went in and found it sitting on the counter and no one around to help. Called 1000 times and no answer

This was our 1st and last visit to a Logan's Steakhouse. The service was horrible. We were sat near the service station and had to hear all of the bitching and complaining from the wait staff about each other and the customers. A different server came to our table to deliver food that was not ours and then when our food finally came the potato skins were extremely over cooked and burnt. The green beans were obviously from a can and had no flavor what so ever. We have had better food from a cafeteria than what we received. The waitress never returned to our table until we flagged her down for the bill and usually if an entire dish was left on a customers plate the proper thing is to ask if they want a to-go container or you ask if something was wrong. The staff obviously doesn't care. We even saw the table next to us sent 2 dishes back to be redone. Don't eat here as the only thing edible is the free bread!

I sure do miss having this in Baton Rouge Louisiana! 8oz Sirloin pictured was fantastic. My wife's 6oz was chewy, not good. The rolls and sides were fantastic.
Staff had attitudes, fork was dirty, steak was overcooked, baked apples ice cold, just all around bad experience.

Been a long time since wife and I have been decided to go for Veterans Day rolls we’re ok I got a mushroom Swiss burger I ate maybe half of it it just didn’t taste right the server walked past us 3 times with empty glasses on the table I had to ask for a drink refill …really , bill came I was charged for a beer I didn’t order I don’t drink it was not a good experience at all sorry I left zero tip the server didn’t deserve one I’ll never go back
