Very greasy food. We ordered the shrooms and onion rings which were not anything special! Our waitress did not come over til it was time to bring food out and the check. We never got asked how was everything! (Not worth meantioning) qWe should have followed our instincts and left after sitting down. Texas roadhouse is where you get great apps and entrees!!!

Our service was great! We really liked our waitress. My son's steak was good. The rest of the food was horrible. The tables were sticky. We used to love coming to Logan's, but it has gotten horrible over the years.

Went for lunch. Ordered deep fried mushrooms to start and they just tasted like oil and so bland. Fries were ok and the steak was just ok. Not worth the money at all! Could have gone to a better steak house and had their special for the same price. And the place could use a power wash...?

The food took an hour and a half to get to us and we never got even as much as an acknowledgment from our waitress about the wait time. One of us got ribs and they were undercooked, and the same goes for my girlfriend’s steak, which she ordered rare and it was blue & purple in parts of it still. My steak was room temp by time i got it and didn’t even taste that good. The bathroom was also very dirty.

We just waited over 15 mins for someone to come take our order and no one ever came, so we left!!! They weren’t even packed either!!
I ordered curbside pickup. The text and said that it was ready ten mins before I got there. I arrived and parked in the to go space, and inform then that I was there. After 17 mins of waiting for one dozen of rolls, I got out of my car and went inside, to pick them up, and I have covid so I was trying to do less contact, but that wasn't the case.

I have always loved Logan’s and have been going for 10+ years but the quality has went to junk! Visited the Gulfport at Crossroads tonight and I was extremely disappointed. This is the second time we have went in the past 6 mths and it’s the same, so we will wait longer and just eat at Texas Roadhouse from now on. We ordered the mushrooms as an appetizer and it was 8 small little mushrooms. The salads were nothing special, but much smaller than before. I ordered a medium steak and my husband ordered a medium well, both were WELL DONE. We hate sending food back because it’s not the servers fault and we hate causing trouble and quite frankly, I am scared someone is going to do something nasty like drop it in the floor or spit on/in it. It was very flavorless and sort of tasted boiled. I love the taste of beef and it was not good at all. We also noticed (after eating) small little aluminum foil bits which made me believe they were sitting in aluminum foil in the back. And yes, I could have pitched a fit or not ate it, but $100 down the drain, I’m going to at least fill my stomach. I actually ate only half of mine. Service was great though and we had a sweet waitress!

The rolls were delicious. The rest of the food was terrible. The restaurant feels like it can't decide between being a steakhouse and a barbeque joint, not that it mattered, the food wasn't good anyway. The server was nice but she wasn't very attentive. Value for the price is poor. Go somewhere else.
