I ordered a prime rib at Texas Roadhouse. I asked for mid rare. It came out blue. Their solution was to put it on the grill or leave it under the heat lamp until it came up to temp. Absolutely NOT. We left and came over to Longhorn steakhouse. I'm so glad we did. Our food was cooked perfectly. Service was above and beyond expectations. Not to mention the fact that we were able to have a conversation and be able to hear each other. Longhorn will be our go to steakhouse from now on. Thank you!

Some of you who are on salt conscious diets may want to ask your server to tell the kitchen not to add any of their house ‘steak seasoning’ as it contains quite a bit of sodium . Servers are top notch, and frequently return to your table no matter how busy they are. All in all, a thoroughly pleasant experience.
The hubby and I stopped in and had a wonderful server her name was Breanna, I ordered the new York strip steak and she told me about there special with a brown butter herb sauce and sold me immediately. The steaks were perfectly cooked and delicious I got the Mac and cheese side which was incredible. Bartender made us strawberry margaritas also 10 out of 10 all in all kudos 👏 💐
