Took 10 minutes to be seated then another 15 minutes for our server to come to the table. Our guest ordered a cocktail from their menu and after getting the drink wrong we had to give the server the menu for the drink, then We were charged an extra for a different vodka which we never ordered. Our food was delivered only after we approached the hostess approximately an hour and 45 minutest after we placed our order. My food and my wife's had been sitting under a heat lamp as were evident by the dryness. Our server in that time never came to the table to inform us of a delay. We ordered soup and it was delivered with the main meal and was not eaten. Needless to say, we will never return to this place.

After ordering dinner it took about an hour and a half for food to arrive and only after we found the hostess. Two meals obviously had been sitting under a heat lamp and were completely dried out. During the hour and a half waiting for our meals our server was nowhere to be found. Terrible experience and will never return.

I had a great experience here. The atmosphere, food, and drinks were fantastic and the management/staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even had live music on the outside deck. I will definitely be returning!

I’m not sure of the Chefs name, I wish we would have thought to ask. I am especially grateful for his kindness. We were a large graduation party, eating buffet style. As they were bringing out the meal, because of my food allergies, my husband asked the chef if he could just make me a piece of grilled chicken. Immediately he asked my dietary restrictions and was able to provide me a gluten free dairy free meal that wasn’t just a salad. I was so moved by his courteous care! The chef was very accommodating and quick to act. I was extremely impressed by him! He is one of the reasons I’m even writing a review. The other reasons were the staff. They were very professional, fun, thoughtful, hard working, and considerate to all the guests! These little extras made the event into an experience! Check out Mangiamo and see for yourself!

I had reservations ahead of time....it still took over an hour before the appetizers were served. The servers were confused regarding which table was which....so they were delivering plates to the wrong tables and then giving the same food to other parties. Finally the food came....it was okay but not nearly worth the price. The place was at least clean and they were friendly. Unfortunately, the prolonged wait and mediocre food left much to be desired.

Best Italian I've had in Gulfport. Service was absolutely excellent. Would suggest a reservation for evening dining. It's very reasonably priced as well. 10 out of 10!!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining here for the first time Saturday afternoon. From the moment we walked in the door we felt as if we were in Italy on vacation! The atmosphere was wonderful and everyone was so nice! Michael took excellent care of us throughout our meal! We had the shrimp and grits, eggplant Parmesan, along with a Caesar salad and tiramisu…..every bite was incredible! Our new favorite restaurant! My husband has even mentioned that he can’t stop thinking about this place and can’t wait to go back! ♥️🇮🇹♥️

So this is a bit of a mixed bag. Decided to go here with my family and try out a new place. They all had a good experience with everything. Even with the wait times, but there were a lot of empty tabled. Waitstaff was super nice throughout the entire time. My food however was not good. The alcohol used to cook my food was not cooked out and it was all I could taste. So after a bite or two to make sure I wasn't crazy I had to send it back. They offered a different meal but I didn't want to sit for another hour plus for that. I politely declined and the staff was very amazing overall.
