I had a wonderful experience at Marble Slab Creamery! The homemade sweet cream ice cream was absolutely delicious — rich, creamy, and just the right level of sweetness. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, making the visit even more enjoyable. A perfect spot to satisfy your sweet tooth with quality ice cream and great service. Highly recommend!

I honestly wasn't expecting it to THIS good but it was awesome. The price was the best I have ever seen for how much you get, and the ice cream tasted great with a very rich flavor and it wasn't too light like DQ is. The service was awesome too I did not get the employees names but they were very nice and provided excellent service. I will definitely be coming back for more.

My dad, toddler, young nephew and I ate here Friday, March 18 evening. The two women working behind the counter were outstanding. They didn’t blink at our complicated orders and made them perfectly. Then, when it was time to go, we had forgotten our pint of ice cream and one of the ladies ran it out to us. So many people don’t take pride in their work, and it was a great experience to see how those two loved their job and treated their costumers with above expectations. We loved marble slab for years because of the quality of life cream, but this experience with the staff will keep us coming back for years.

Yall putted Toilet paper in my ice cream I was a loyal costumer there and I ate ice cream when there was toilet paper in my mouth it’s disgusting and horrendous I hated it pls fix ur service im. Going to Melissa ice cream shop for now after that and I hope yalls worker get better bro😤😡

We went in today for my birthday (9/3/2024) girls were amazing. Unfortunately the lady in front of us was RUDE to the staff for unnecessary reasons, stressing the girls out. I hope management sees they took the situation as well as possible considering the circumstances (inexperience staff working with no manager on duty)

Maybe consider always having a manager/senior cashier on duty at all times, young cashiers shouldn’t have to deal with rude old ladies with at home problems messing up what should be a very fun job.

Other than that the girls were amazing to me, my husband & son. Food was excellent and properly prepared. And cash was distributed correctly.

Just as great as I remembered! We went two days in a row! There was a large selection of flavors, mixins, and other products. The service was fast and friendly, and the facility was cozy and inviting. I wish we had one in Jackson, MS again. Please, come back!!!
