Ordered 2 peppermint mochas with our meals, lady working front of house was EXTREMELY rude, and when i finally got my drinks from her and left they weren't mochas but 2 cups of regular coffee she put whipped cream on and filled the cup halfway. I will be calling the district manager because that is not how we deal with customers nor make drinks. Do not go here.

My entire order was cold 4 meals. Came yesterday at 4 pm. They had a line I knew I had to wait. After I gave the cashier my code and I get to the window she states that they’re no longer taking orders. I already paid and placed my order. I ask for the manager because I also wanted to redeem a free happy meal code. I appreciate you allowing me to add when orders aren’t taking. I only came for the socks so I can’t complain other than my food being cold.

Cashier was rude, seemed confused. I still keep asking for a frap but keep getting refused and they sqy they font have them at 10am. Very disappointing. I had a sausage egg biscuit meal. They gave me cheese on it and i didnt ask for it. I dont like cheese at all. Cashier never looked at me.

I’m very dissatisfied! This restaurant has no structure, no customer service, no manners. I came through the drive through, i wasn’t greeted and i was rushed to order. When i got to the window she almost rung me up for the wrong food because she didn’t repeat the order & she definitely didn’t greet me. I got to the next window she didn’t even acknowledge me she was on her phone. When she finally acknowledged me i was parked at spot #1 for 10 minutes after bringing me 2 separate wrong order, when my food was brought it was cold & missing sauces, i came in to ask for sauce, the girl on front counter was leaning on the counter on her phone, she had an attitude talking to other customers and myself, she definitely doesn’t like her job & i feel so disrespected, because this store is just full of young teens who want the money but don’t want to put in the work. These kids are running the store wrong, yall need to learn customer service, i’m just so disappointed and shocked as a Mcdonald’s worker myself i always respect my customers and smile and be friendly and acknowledge them and give great customer service so im very disappointed that i didn’t get what i dish out.

Be mindful when you visit this location. I placed an online order and because the GM Stan can't operate the app or pick up th phone because his system is not working they keep your money that you clearly can see posted on your account and act as if there isn't a number you can call. Today was the worst service, as a customer I provided my code given and showed the receipt and was treated as if I was lying for having placed an order.
