Quite possibly the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too. Waited more than 30 minutes and never got my food or a refund. Place was filthy too.

I waited in line for 15 minutes before I got to order. The man taking my order and the woman at the window were super nice, but I had to wait again after that for another 10 minutes, and when I got my order I got the complete wrong thing for 2 out of 3 of my items. They were also all cold except the hash brown, which you can taste the fryer oil hasn't been changed in quite some time.

Worse experience ever and it came from the manager in charge I pulled up to order they had 3 to 4 cars pulled the manager was working the window passing out the orders gets attitude at me cause she couldn't reach me my cup so I just tell them cancel my order give me my money back a guy comes to window and throws me my money back and it wasn't correct amount of money so I sit waiting on correct change they ignore me he had his whole crew to ignore me they started passing out food in back drive thru so I call police to get rest of money then he say don't come back they gonna get me for trespassing???????who would wanna come back? This very sad how businesses are being ran today I kno we living in our last days

Says drive thru. Not drive thru and park in a space, then threatened to call law enforcement if I don't comply. Stay clear from this place. Even heard employees say they spit in the food.

Trash. No one in the drive thru behind me. “Could you pull ahead?” Why? Then I wait, so far 8 minutes and 39 seconds more to get my order. McDonald’s is trash anyway but could fast food at least be fast.

Wow worst McDonalds I have ever been to, to send everyone to the overflow parking even for an order of french fries I waited like 15 minutes and finally some dread lock kid brought my fries to car and I asked where my ketchup was he said you did not order ketchup I said can you bring me some he said no! Homeless people all in parking lot begging for money coming to your window ! Tried to call store to complain and they immediately hang the phone up on you ! If you own this store you need to get rid of manager and get that place cleaned up ! Train your employees in customer service and get those beggars off the property !

For the 11 dollars we were expecting nice ice cream cones and reality hit home when we received 4 drippy, dumpy, diversely shaped cones. Thankfully the ice cream machine did work and they tasted great.

This McDonald’s on 25th Avenue is way cooler than the rest in Gulfport. I really hate eating McDonald’s food in general but this was my only option at the time. Stay away from McDonald’s on Courthouse Road, however. The restroom, the customer service, and the inability to refund customers for food never received is atrocious.
Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options available worth eating.

I order online. I parked in curb side. I've waited 40 min now for the second day in a row. I just called them to see what's up and she didn't care. The service is ridiculous. I've watched them bring out orders 2x bigger than mine. And I still and to wait 40 min........ and still counting as I write this

Never have I written a review about a restaurant before but what I can say is I’m glad I stopped in today on my lunch break. As soon as I walked in the door I was politely greeted by mrs Susan at the front counter. When she had brought my food to my table I asked for her name and I told her “I told her I wish all fast food places had employees like yourself because I absolutely love the enthusiasm and the politeness and believe it or not it’s definitely made my day. I can tell this lady loves helping people out whether they are customers or anyone outside of work. She leaned in and gave me a hug and I can see that compliment meant the world to her… Have a wonderful and blessed day Mrs Susan

Ordered two quarter pounder meals. Fries tasted old and barely warm. My brother got a soda that was warm and flat. We're pretty sure it was an abandoned soda from a previous order that they were too lazy to make a new one. Fast food is too expensive for such bare minimum execution.
