The girl who helped me had the best attitude and I told her supervisor she's going to do great things one day. She agreed and said they love her. Customer service makes all the difference....

Visited here on the way home, ordered our food and was charged for 2 sweet teas and the workers got rude when we asked for a refund on the one. He said “well why don’t you just take it”. No, we didn’t order it. waited 15 minutes for our food in a curbside spot. Guy came out and tried to give us the wrong food he went back in and grabbed a different bag just for us to open our bag to a medium and large fry not filled all the way. A large fry is almost
$5. I want what I paid for. Not to mention, my burger is absolutely slop. Unreal, do better. Your grown adults in the food industry it isn’t hard to treat your customers with respect and properly make their food.
Overall workers are disrespectful and service is worse than mid.

I chose curbside pickup at 8:30 pm. Ordered 2 snack wraps (one spicy, one ranch), a medium fry, and a diet dr pepper. Order took 15 minutes to get to my car, and he forgot my drink. Told him what drink I got and he went back inside, never to be seen again.
I actually sat in the spot waiting for 15 more minutes while I ate my entire order, which turned out to have TWO spicy snack wraps in it instead of one of them being ranch. I had to just leave at that point because I did not have the time to wait another 30 minutes for a single Dr Pepper.
This is nothing new with McDonald's though and I'm at the point where I'm not even going to go anymore because they consistently screw up curbside orders.

Messed up order first time i came. Second time i waited in the drive thru several minutes and was ghosted. Next thing i see the car next to me at the other order window drive away. I waited a little longer and ended up leaving too. This was about noon during the midday rush. Got the hint, they'll never see me again

Ordered at the drive-thru with 3 cars ahead. Confirmed we ordered a deluxe at the speaker. Waited awhile. Confirmed that we ordered a deluxe at the window. Handed a bag with a stripped down sandwich with less that the regular sandwich, so not close to the deluxe ordered. Extra confirmation to disappoint someone who just flew 5 hrs to have surgery in the morning. 5 stars for atmosphere because we stayed in the car chatting after the long travels of the day.

I think It was 3 or 330pm ish. My order was taken wrong and this lady at the window really helped me out to get my order correct. I asked her name to leave this review as she was super helpful. Her name Im pretty sure was Tiffany. Polite, super attentive to my needs, my wife is hearing impaired. So sometimes it is difficult to order in the drive thru. She was amazing. Double checked the order the 2nd time with my wife, and then with me. I appreciate the extra mile she went to make sure things were correct. We've had so many issues at this particular location. But the fact that this one employee took the time and went above and beyond makes me want to come back. Finally a good employee there.

This place has so many issues. One day id get an egg mc muffin and it was good then 4 days in a row id get one with no ham or the wrong type of egg and be cold and nasty.

10/5/2025 12:45pm we ordered at drive thru they told us to park in the reserve sat til 1:30 nobody bout food go inside told young lady we haven't received our food stand there for about 10 minutes she never comes with food I go out to car to get my receipt cause at this point I don't want anything from this place ...also the young lady taking orders at the counter has no clue on how to take orders and she seem to have froze up and scared to ask someone to help her ...the crew seem to be poorly trained sorry but get a manager that knows what there doing

Of course the ice cream machine was broken when I went to pick up an online order even though the app said the item was available. If there’s an issue with the machine the app will tell you it’s not available. Worker had an attitude when I asked her to refund the order. She said I’d have to cancel it in the app. The app refused to let me cancel it since it said the food was being prepared. She had thrown the ticket away and had to fish it out of the garbage. I honestly think she just didn’t want to fix the ice cream and the had the nerve to get an even more pissed off look on her face when I told her to replace it with the suggested cookies. Guess she realized she would have to bake them! Wonder if she bought her audacity at Sam’s? Customer service is lacking big time here. You would be better off taking your chances at the location on Orange Grove Road
