Burnt and dry burger along with soggy fries. Staff was nice enough. All the numbered parking spots next to the drive-through window makes a clear statement that they are no longer fast food, they are order and then park and then wait for your food.
The girl who helped me had the best attitude and I told her supervisor she's going to do great things one day. She agreed and said they love her. Customer service makes all the difference....
I think It was 3 or 330pm ish. My order was taken wrong and this lady at the window really helped me out to get my order correct. I asked her name to leave this review as she was super helpful. Her name Im pretty sure was Tiffany. Polite, super attentive to my needs, my wife is hearing impaired. So sometimes it is difficult to order in the drive thru. She was amazing. Double checked the order the 2nd time with my wife, and then with me. I appreciate the extra mile she went...
