Absolutely the worst service of any fast food restaurant I have ever used.SLOW ,SLOW,SLOW. Using the drive through, it appeared that only two employees were on duty.35 minutes for orders.

One car before me sent to pick up waiting area. I waited for a customer service rep for 23 minutes with no request for an order. I left with no food. I work next door, but will never go back. Last trip I waited 25 minutes for my food. Your only job is serving "fast" food to customers. It's not a pandemic leftover thing. It's lack of training!

Went to Mcdonald’s on Christmas Eve, they closed at 10 pm. Waited in a long line for 20 minutes to be told they were closed when they really aren’t. Don’t waste your money and your gas y’all. Stay blessed.

The worst experience I have ever had at any McDonalds restaurant. I am all for celebrating the Holidays and have nothing against you celebrating your employees but when you a drive thru full of cars and darn near out the out the parking lot you would think your first priority would be to get the customers in and out so that you can continue to prepare for the xmas party. The dining room was closed with no sign on the door and management was rude. After today I will never go back to this particular location. Beyond pissed

Absolute worst fast food experience. Sat in drive thru line for 30 mins for a mobile order placed ahead of time. Lobby was locked due to hosting a staff Christmas party, so I had no other options as I had already paid for my order.

This is the slowest and worst McDonald on the coast. They never get orders right, it’s like they don’t know how to read a screen. Then it take 45 minutes every visit. I was in the drive thru and they came on the speaker to tell the lady I front of me that it was gonna be a minute that they needed to catch up the kitchen. From what I could tell we were the only two in line and the parking lot was empty. And the employees always have an attitude and the scream and cuss at each other through the window. McDonald’s should be embarrassed as a corporation to run this store.

This is hands down the worst McDonald's in America. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous, food is often cold and incorrect and the attitudes of the employees are those of people who don't give a damn. I will NEVER in my life go or allow someone I know to go to that McDonald's.
