Placed an order at 11:00 pm, they close at 12, our order still went through and no one was answering the intercom thing, we saw someone taking out trash and when we asked if they were closed the worker said “yeah, go home” in a rude tone, and when he saw us he put his hands in the air slightly, and looked at us weirdly.

Sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes with no one in the drive thru and no one answered so pulled up to the window was no one to be seen I hollered and honked the horn multiple times and still no one after 15 minutes with over an hour to the store closing

It’s McDonalds.. so what do you expect, but they forgot one of my fries, and the fries that were in the bag tasted like they were re fried. And didn’t put lettuce in my mcChicken. Although will be back again bcs it’s McDonald’s…. Just hoping to be better next time

I was rudely handled that this location just because I used my McDonald's app an received free food, Me an my daughter uses this app cause she loves free food. But the thing is why was her attitude so rude because I come through the drive thru all the time with my app im not broke I just enjoy free food....please dont go here the Spanish woman is very unprofessional

So we can use the kiosk ordered a steak McGriddle to table 105 and instead of them bringing it to the table they left it up there to get cold a customer had to tell me it was there So I grabbed my bag and left out Everybody who had went in there told me to check my order And I should have My order was wrong Instead of the stake That I ordered I got a sausage The service was absolutely terrible I would not recommend even going in that building

This place is horrible, ordered a fry and diet Coke and cost 6.51, then had to wait in the drive through for almost 25 minutes. McDonald's is done with service like this, hope this place and others like it close so real restaurants can service people who are at the restaurants instead of people at home waiting for the order.

Every time you get food, it's either old or lukewarm for the prices. We pay for fast food. I expect it to be fresh and hot.
My girlfriend and I sit in the lobby for 5 min waiting for someone to take our order they all four looked at us including the manager the Spanish chick yes I said Spanish chick because I don't know any of their names because no one even got that close.... crappie customer service and ill never go back there and ill make sure to tell everyone I know don't waste their time

I went today around 4:26 PM ordered a chicken sandwich, double cheeseburger , and large fries. The large fries were extremely undercooked, the double cheeseburger had hair on it and chicken was old STALE and dry. I called and went back up there and they had a problem with replacing. They gave another batch of undercooked fries and BURNT double cheeseburger! as a loyal customer of many many years i am HIGHLY disappointed. Do better !

Order on app at 1035 only a frappe just to get to the restaurant to find out the doors are locked got to the drive-through was asked if I had a mobile order. I said yes she then informed me sorry we can’t make it and we’re about to be closed. Ask employee what I should do about my order since it won’t let me cancel it now since it says they made it and she told me I don’t know. Call McDonald’s I asked her what the number was she told me to Google it. Absolutely the most horrible McDonald’s in general always takes a long time to get your place is always dirty and employees are Always just in the back cussing and yelling and dancing and it’s just awful.
