I’ve had good experiences and so-so experiences at this location, but this morning was a first for me. When I got in the drive thru line there were about 4-5 other cars in the two lines. Well , we all ended up leaving empty handed because apparently no one showed up for work today. It was around 7:00 am on a Monday morning btw..🤷🏼‍♂️

TURTLE 🐢 SERVICE AT ITS BEST . Always pulling you up and never having a working attitude & always running food outside out of order but it has a reserve spot just so orders could go in order when “slowly “ delivering them to the waiting spot just to make you guys time in drive thru look good !!

Order for breakfast was placed and paid for well before the cutoff deadline. I was notified through the McDonald’s app that my food was ready. Through GPS tracking, my phone alerted them that I was on site to receive my paid for order. I arrived in line and had to wait to receive my food. By the time I got to the window, 4 minutes passed the breakfast cutoff, I was told they are no longer serving breakfast, even though my order was placed, paid for in plenty of time before the cutoff, and notified that my order was ready. I explained to them the the string of events and how I was notified before the cutoff that my food was ready and waiting. The managers were rude, as usual, and had no explanation other than they would refund my money. Poor customer service, and a complete lack of concern by this Edgewater Mall Biloxi Ms McDonald’s franchise management team. Unfortunately this franchise proved that the rumors about it are true.

Everything about this location SUCKS! You wait in line for 15-30 mins all for the employees to give you cold food and half the time they “forget” to put items In Your order.
If I’m sitting at the window for 20 mins I expect the food to be right and hot! What was the point of having me wait all that time just for y’all to give me cold food?!
And then you can’t even call to talk to anyone because SURPRISE! They don’t ever pick up the phone.
It’s crazy I can’t go to my local mcds I gotta start driving out my way to go to a location further away just to get decent food and service

Ordered 3 kids meal and had to pull off to a number slot because the food wasn’t ready. Got home and one kids meal only had fries in it with no 6 pc nuggets. Absolutely ridiculous!

Place is not good waited 45 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and when they brought it to us they said they loved to lunch even tho we ordered around 9:50 then told us the switched out the sandwiches and when we asked for a refund they gave us the right order!

They closed the lobby without a note or any way of being considerate enough to their clientele that they aren’t accepting lobby orders rn…… yet the staff can pop around gossiping on clock at the front counter….. I called the store and the lady on the phone said no lobby due to low staff. I think she meant low quality and low consideration staff…..
the Deschers I use to work for and their quality of hiring these days has plummeted. This is the last time I do community service by spending my change with them.
