Did 3 online orders on the way there, I live 10-15 min away from this store. Arrived there and checked in, 30 min later got an email That the first 2 were completed (they hadn’t actually) 10 min goes by then here comes the worker I had gotten the 2nd order but the first one was missing ans hadn’t even gotten the 3rd. I go in and it is crowded and everyone is complaining that they been here for hour or so. After 15 min of trying to get a workers attention bc they was ignoring me finally I have a worker tell me my 3rd order wasn’t there and she wasn’t sure why. I had showed her j was charged for the 3rd one so idk either so she made my order and gave it to me she didn’t give me. It for free either I paid for it it just never showed up on their end before anyone says that.

You ever had an order that was wrong? It happens right? My goodness these people take everything personal. If your service was faster there would be more understanding of the errors but waiting for 10 minutes seems excessive for a McDonalds. Not impressive. Make the drive downtown to the 25th avenue location...far better!

Garbage place. I got there with nobody in drive thru to pick up my mobile order. Sat at window for over 20 min because they cant very bothered to do even a little bit of their job. They just kept walking by glancing at window.

The service is very slow. Waited over 20 minutes for a small order. Staff was not very friendly. And there were multiple people waiting a very long time for their orders. To top it all off, part of the order was cold.

Not a reliable place. You can count on the drive through to forget any sauce you ordered. If you order something late at night through the app they will probably say they are closed when you go to pick your food up

I just got back from going through drive thru. They pulled me up in a space to wait. They finally brought me my food, I was missing a sandwich so had to get out and go in. Mind you I'm sick so didn't want yo have to get out in rain. Got sandwich and left. Got home and one of sandwiches is wrong, not what I ordered, also everything is cold. Never again!!! I expect y'all to give me a refund, period. This is twice within 30 days y'all have messed up. That sandwich is supposed to be a bacon, egg, cheese mcgriddle.

These people can't read. I ordered 2 steak biscuits add cheese and extra onions. 2 days in a row it comes out without extra onions and with egg. Like this special clearly doesn't come with egg but they insist on giving that nasty crap out. READ YOUR SCREEN PEOPLE! They see steak biscuits and automatically give egg, these people costing McDonald's extra money. Shame I can't share pictures to actually show what I ordered and what I got.

This place was a joke! They place drive through as a priority over in store. They also ignore patrons at the register and make them wait. Don't expect me to use a kiosk because it never allows me to alter a sandwich to my liking. The employees were incompetent and couldn't figure out how to place my order. And lastly, they still screwed it up when it was handed to me. The bathrooms were also not well maintained.
I ordered two sausage and cheese McMuffins. And when I got home I had three sausage and cheese McMuffins. I promise you this I will never shop at this McDonald's ever again!

After placing our order through the drive-tru the employee working at the window didn't read our order back, greet us, not a have a nice day, nothing. Then when we got our food, our fries were cold and stale. This establishment needs to send the employees through training both on people skills and cooking.
