Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to! Workers are so incredibly rude, and will just hang up on you if you call to ask questions! My food is always wrong, and it takes forever to get it! Their systems are always down as well. If you want McDonald’s, go fifteen minutes up the road to the next one!

Each negative or constructive feedback review gets the same response--provide additional information.... No, it's clear; there's often an issue with fast food being fast. Consider watching your team in action--video camera or actually go in the restaurant. There are issues that need attention, especially with the drive thru. Unlikely I'll visit this store again

Most people don't mind waiting for hot food but not wrong food. Three different times. In the process the food that they had served which was already stale had gotten cold as I had to take this back for a third time. I had old food in my bag and there was a line around the building. I do not understand that. I do not understand how a wrap that I got taste like somebody cooked it this morning and served it tonight around 7:30. It tasted like a old shoe. This McDonald's is the worst of all of them. They have bad service. No one pays attention to the orders that gets sent out if they're a large order you better take it and you better watch what you get. You better. Make sure that all your food is right and in there because they will send you a bag out and it won't have any of the stuff that you want or it'll have stuff that you want but it's cold. They are serving old food . I am convinced. This is the closest McDonald's to my home but I will be traveling farther to get a better service of food. I do not want to pay for old food with old money. I want new food with old money. That's how it's supposed to go. I spent $45 for some stuff that was cold and old. Don't go here. Go to the one farthers away from the beach. These people are horrible. I said what I said

By far the SLOWEST fast food restaurant in Gulfport. Every car had to pull up and wait. The girl bringing the food out to everyone was literally dragging her feet.

Deceiving it looked like the drive through was going quick but no they had everyone pull up to the curbside spots and tried to get us to pull up to some place that wasn't even a parking space. I would suggest you go anywhere else. I'll get better customer service in hell.
