We have given this location SO many chances and we’ve wasted so much money. COOK YOUR RICE. PLEASE!! We’ve had so many inedible meals (entire $20 bowls) because the rice was hard and crunchy.

I went into this restaurant while stopped overnight traveling thru.I love Moe's everywhere else I've had it. Upon entering, there was one worker in the front, and I immediately noticed how messy the food prep area was. I thought, well, maybe they just had a rush, and he hadn't had time to clean up (I was only other person in the restaurant that I could see). I had started my order and this employee called someone from the back. He had a bucket of water and was getting cloth out to do something.As I continued to say my order, I noticed the rest of the area, the whole area behind counter was filthy! The dining room was dirty, floors do grimy they couldn't have been mopped in a long time.I told the guy never mind and left. I've never seen such a dirty Moe's restaurant.

After getting a dish i love 10×s the way I wanted.. on the 11th I was told it was uncustomizable. I had to think if that was a word fa a second.. but I did understand. And the server was so nice while explaining to me why it was so and wat dishes were.. and boom my uncustomizable dish was
