We drive from Diamonhead to eat at what we feel is the best subs on the coast , amazing quality and quanity , wasn't sure about the owner at first but I got him to smile the last time my husband and I were in , I feel like he would rather be at a baseball game or something but here he is serving amazing subs

You know the deal. Subway is a 2. Jersey Mike's and firehouse are a 3. And we don't ever talk about Jimmy John's. I had the turkey on Kaiser and it was excellent. Everything is super fresh and Delicious. I'm going to mention the pickles. Seriously best pickles I've ever had on a sandwich. Literally pushed this to a 5. Sandwiches. It's what these guys do.

The name says it all. Everything they sell is huge and delicious. I had a roast beef and swiss, wife a muffelatta. The bread is fresh, the meats and cheeses are too. I challenge anyone to find a better sandwich in the city, on the Coast or in this hemisphere.

Let me start off by saying that the food did not disappoint and the two workers who made my sandwich were very helpful and patient with me as this was my first time visiting the restaurant. There were so many great options. Plus I had my husband on the phone as I was trying to order, which can annoy someone who is trying to assist you, but they understood why I was on the phone. As I was waiting on my sub, there was another gentleman on the register cashing out customers. I don't know if that is his personality or he was having a bad day, but he wasn't as friendly as the other staff. There is a strong possibility that he was the owner. I didn't check nor ask because I really wanted to taste the quality of the food. For that reason is why I didn't give a 5 star review. Will I visit Monster Sub & Sandwiches again, yup I sure will. You can't beat the quality or price of the food. Everybody have bad days going into work, but he wasn't overly rude, he was just not as friendly that day. Any other day he might just be the life of the party. I can't knock him for that. So anyone that is in town need to stop by and experience the Monster Sub, you won't be disappointed.

You won’t find better subs/sandwiches in Mississippi than Monster Subs! Just as good as the best of what you’ll find in Yankee neighborhoods! Alex, Monica and the rest of the staff are very personable and friendly. They always will strike up a conversation with you even if they’re super busy. Excellent quality meats, tuna and chicken salad. And if you order a monster you will more than get your money’s worth as they’re very filling. Highly recommend!

I ate there for the first time the sub was fabulous, very disappointed in what I seen while eating a bearded man in shorts and flip flops blowing his nose twice in kitchen area, went to smoke and never washe'd his hands. this is very disgusting, wearing flip flops in kitchen, bare toes in kitchen. this person needs training in foodservice sanitation. I know for fact this are health violations. not a good sight, when our first time there and great reviews, but this all turned my stomach. my opinion the way he was acting he must be a manager of some kind.
