This place is the best place on the coast to get soul food. The food is fresh every day and you know it's great because there's always a line, but the wait is worth it. Some of her menu items are too small of servings. On Thursdays she cooks ox tails. You get only four pieces of ox tails and they're very small pieces of beef ox tails. The servings are tiny but they are very good. Because the servings are tiny you have to order more than one plate to get the expected...
This food was home cooked. The food had flavor and wasn't overpriced. I was pleasantly pleased with my whole fried catfish. The atmosphere was welcoming. The staff was friendly. I to will definitely be going back.
Unfortunately didn’t get photos of the food, I ate it too quick 🥴 Amazing food! well seasoned, loved it will be eating here again. The staff was super inviting and friendly 10/10 recommend. I had the whole fried catfish, mac n cheese, dressing, & cornbread
