We have stayed here many times with and without our children. The water playground is so fun for the little ones & they always have a blast. The only issues I have is that you never know if you’re gonna get a room that has a working AC or not. For the amount you pay to stay there, the AC should definitely be working every time. No one wants to spend the day out in the hot summer sun just to go into their room for some relief from the heat to be met by more heat. Secondly,...
Excellent location!!!! We have stayed here 2 times in the past. We were told we could arrive as early as 1 and if our room wasn’t ready we could access the water area. We arrived around 2 and rooms weren’t ready, no big deal. Rooms are supposed to be ready by 4. Mine wasn’t ready till 4:35. Aggravated because I walked into my building and 5-6 workers were standing around talking and not cleaning. We got a kid room with bunk beds, we only had 2 towels for 4 of us. The A/C...
