To go orders or eat in. Fast service. Large portions.
The lady that answers the phone was so rude so I wasn’t able to place an order. I was really disappointed. I’d like to think it was mostly a language barrier, but idk - she was rude.
The portions were humongous. We were very impressed with the value. We thought it was a little expensive at first, but when they brought out all the food, we actually got more than we paid for. It was fresh, tasty, and the staff were very gracious. My family will likely make this our regular Chinese food stop!
The food was not very good, and the customer service was deplorable. I regret ordering from this restaurant.
One of my favorite places to go get Chinese food also cause it's my favorite I be getting the Spicy Shrimp Lomien Tzo's spicy chicken with white rice and egg rolls and egg soup
always fresh cooked to order!!!
While Google advises this place does deliver, after placing my order online then calling the restaurant they advised there is no delivery service. After asking for a refund, they said I would need to come in so they can refund me with cash. As I told them, as someone that doesn’t drive, this is an impossibility. So now I’m out $55.47 and now need to deal with my credit card company because of Panda House’s ignorance and horrible policies.

The food here at the Cowan Road location compared to the Hwy 49 Panda house is way different and it tastes way off. The crab rangoons had a weird rye bread taste to them. The eggroll was good. The Lo mein wad dry and had a weird flavor. I question how well they clean the grill before using it again. The dumplings are ten bucks but they're cooked poorly (overcooked on one side, rest of dumpling is doughy) and had a weird mushy flavor as well. I do not recommend this Panda house. Panda house on Hwy 49 is much, MUCH better quality.
Edit: I didn't even eat half of my food. It was hot and fresh, yet still too unappetizing to be enjoyable. I had to try it at least once, and it cost me a whole night's dinner worth of $.

My favorite dish is the general Tso's chicken with chicken or pork fried rice and a spring roll. I always get extra sauce on my chicken. My husband likes the shrimp and mixed vegetables with white rice. No matter what you get you cant go wrong its all good.

Good takeout. Chow Mein was gas. Portion was huge and a good price. Folks were nice too. Rangoons weren’t the sweet kind unfortunately but I’m just a fatty
